When you're unsure about what video to watch just look at the views and if it has two quadrillion million views that's the one you react to. 😅 💜
Unless it's color coded lyrics. The ones with a ton of views are usually the shoddy quickly rushed out stuff by people who clearly only care about views.
@@chere100 I didn't make myself clear. I don't think any videos can surpass the amount of views for the videos released by Hybe. Reactors should be looking for the HYBE name for original MV releases.
The never ending saga of Run BTS lol. There’s Run BTS (the variety show done by the members and highly entertaining), Run by BTS (the first song/ music video you saw) and Run BTS by BTS (it was the theme song for Run BTS show for a season and in 2022 the last group concert in Busan was the very first time we got choreo with the song). If you get the chance to watch the live version in Busan, you will not regret it. Picture the dance practice turned up 1000 times. Loving your videos!! 💜⁷

Not just you - the first time I saw them practice in tims I lost my mind a bit. I was simultaneously impressed that they could nail their choreo in them and annoyed that they’d set themselves up for even more exhaustion. And yes, I focused on that kerchief the whole time the first time I watched. Former stage manager, so I immediately clock things that are a potential injury waiting to happen. One of their songs has a ton of moving pieces and, even though I know they’re fine, it still stresses me out every time I see it.
I highly recommend watching dance practices. It’s one of my favorite things about K-pop. It’s a good opportunity to see the full choreo without edits or camera cuts or stage lighting.
Fyi, in their early years, they monitored their practices frame by frame to ensure synchronization. That's part of why they are so great and perfect!
If you didn't already know, Brian Puspos choreographed "Butterfly" for BTS, and "Serendipity" for Jimin (his solo in the BTS album "Love Yourself: Her." For Serendipity, if you wanna see the choreo, you'll have to watch a live performance. There is a dance practice video for Butterfly, which is the first song Brian choreographed for them.

This was done for the Busan concert. It was their last concert before their military brake and let me tell ya, they ate that whole stage! They start the concert with Mic drop, you'll LOVE that, then this one ... the entire concert is great, but you aint ready, LOL. Oh yeah, they do that and sing LIVE! ON key full voice. BTS, as a dancer and musical theater geek, they freakin' blew my 70 yr old mind. Love your reactions. the more BTS you react to like this, the better you will be.Keep dancin!

Your reaction when Jin picked up the scarf is hilarious. Also BTS are very alert in their surroundings during performance and very sneaky with their props or mics , we can never catch them slipping. They are very professionals as a pro dancers. So there is also a dance practice version for the earlier RUN song you reacted. Check it out if possible since you already reacted to the music video. There is busan live performance for this particular RUN BTS choreography
Jin picks up lots of things during their performances. He is very observant. I saw 1 video about it
This is probably my favorite BTS dance practice. You are absolutely right. They bring it at 100% full throttle and deliver the goods at the next level, as they always do. All while being smooth af and cool as hell.
Brian choreographed Butterfly for BTS and Jimin's solo Serendipity. Brian is also a backup dancer in Jungkook's two solos, 3D and Standing Next to You.

I think you would really like their performance of Butter at the Grammys. It’s is so good. Especially when you know two of them member had Covid & they were not sure if they would be cleared to perform so they only had the day before to practice with all 7 member at the Grammy stage. Also please note Jin was not dancing as much as he normally would as he was recovering from hand surgery.

Unfortunately there is no music video for this song. The guys performed it at their Busan Concert which was free too. I’m attaching the link below for you. Mic Drop was their first song and Run was right after. They did so amazing too.

OMG I am screaming at the screen ol. Bangtan TV has all the choreos and Bangtan bombs (behind the scenes stuff). A goldmine. Hybe labels has the Official Music channels. When in doubt check the subscriber count. You will know
You did ok. If you want to see BTS official videos they will say official video, even dance practice. So the Run video says BTS Run Official Music Video. The newer one says RunBTS at Yet to Come concert, because there was no official video. That will be true for all their concert videos. Now if it is a fan made video it will say FMV in the title. Many of the FMV are because there is not official video but it is a good song so they take old videos of photo shoots and Run Episodes (their BTS game show) to make these fan made videos. Now there is another channel that is called 'Enjoy BTS More' and she puts English subtitles on Official Videos and Concert Videos and that is a good channel to look into. I know it is hard but Run and RunBTS is the only song that has mostly the same name and watching either video is great but for dancing Run BTS is the bomb. But if you want to watch another bomb dance video watch "Dionysus" it has no official video but you can watch a performance video such as the 2019 MAMA or Melon Music Award Shows and they both have Dionysus in the show.
But new reactors have to be careful because some “fans” have gotten sneaky and they put “original” in their title.

Yeaaaaah!!! That’s why BTS is just next level. They set the bar so high. Such professional performers that can continue through mistakes or mishaps like it didn’t even happen and smoothly fix it like can’t even notice Jin pick that scarf up. AND they will do this performance live WHILE SINGING. They are just 💯 🔥

It's some of their very best choreography. Their "dance practice" videos aren't "practices" but perfected one take performances showcasing the whole choreography that you won't see in their official music videos.

Black Swan and Jimin's behind the scenes of his MV filming. There is a solid dance practice as well.
Fire - one of my favorite dance practices. It's so freaking good.
When you get to Butter (if you haven't already), the 3J dance break is excellent as is the behind the scenes. It really showcases how JHope, Jimin, and JK have different dance styles. The behind the scenes is ridiculous - the amount of work they put into a minute of performance that was just for us is really amazing to watch.
Set Me Free Pt 2 and dance practice - Jimin. Also his Like Crazy - the MV doesn't have the choreo, but there is a dance practice where you can see it.
And, if you like Brian, he choreographed a piece for Jimin for one of their tours for the song Serendipity. I love the little details he included. It suited Jimin's dance style really well.
And if you want to go full dance, Jimin did a series of shorts called This Is Jimin before he left for the military. He does different styles of choreo to different songs. It's lovely. There's a behind the scenes video for the series as well.
I didn't mean to go Jimin heavy on this. Whoops. I do like JHope and JK a ton too, don't worry, but I think you've already seen some of their work.

When I first saw this video and I saw that Jin dropped the scarf, it bothered me, I couldn't take my eyes off it...and then it got to that point where you see Jin picking it right back up. 👏🏽 💜 So when you noticed the scarf, I kept saying, "Just wait cause Jin's gonna make it right...".(Another song you should react to, if you haven't already, by BTS, "Make it Right.")

They do practice doing things like that in case things like that happen on stage even practice re tiring a shoe lace if on stage, removing things that might cause an accident, dealing with costume malfunctions etc.

That dance move you liked and tried out… its in the shoulders. J-Hope was in center showcasing that move when u loved it, and he’s the dance leader of the group. He specializes in street dance and is very talented. You’ll notice that he digs deeeep in the shoulders, knees, and back to make his moves look so good. He also makes sure to keep his physique long and lean and his joints loose. I say his joints cuz as we fans learned in a yoga episode of their variety show (also called Run BTS, LOL) his muscles are actually pretty tight 😂. Anyway, sry to info dump on ya.

I’ve been ARMY for 4 yrs and dove deep in. I have three kids and share their music with them because they are true role models and idols. They have hearts of gold. But the talent is crazy!!!
There are different ways to start your journey. You can start chronologically from debut in 2013 by album. Or, just start by genre or bangers. Only do MVs or lives. Lots of people start by doing all the guys solo projects then coming together as a group.
I can give suggestions if you ever decide.

The steps may look simple, it's the coordination of the 7 members in sync along with the choreography of the backup dancers and whole routine is hard.
Check out their DANGER Dance practice. That one impressed me when I first started learning about this group, as dance practices shows the whole choreography while MVs don't have them sometimes, even when they have a lot of songs with accompanying choreography.

I would definitely not classify reacting to Run as a mistake! It's the 3rd song of the big 4 BU videos and from how you enjoyed Run, you should totally do the 4 you'll love it! It's all really complicated and mysterious, people love trying to figure out what their message is 😊

If you want to see impressive choreography with jackets react to the Grammy’s performance of Butter. It’s completely different from the video. They obviously planned to be the hit of the Grammy’s with a completely new, unique routine performed live with only 2 days practice on site and an injured member (Jin had surgery on his wrist & is sitting through half). They blew the lid off and even in a room full of stars got a standing O.
