Not JUST singing and dancing at the same time, but this performance was HALFWAY THROUGH a two and a half hour concert. Their stamina is unmatched!
Agreed. Is why BTS has broken many Guinness World Book records to date. And why once all reunited in 2025. That concert is going to set new records 💜💜
@@michellemichougraham198we need to give them some time to get back in sync. A gentle start. Their cohesion came from 8 years of living together and constant practicing. I know after a long illness it took me some time to get that hand eye coordination fluid and automatic again. They have to work out how to incorporate their growth during their solo work and leadership skills they acquired in the army into a seamless whole again. They made everything look so easy but it was years of grueling work. Let's not load them down with too many expectations. I am expecting something small to start. A few appearances maybe something like a Tiny desk just to show us they are together. That's because I want to keep them performing till they are old men like Queen or The Stones. Not overload them with unrealistic expectations. If we give them time what we will get will be better than ever but not the same.
@@anitaherbert1037 Finaly somebody that points this out. People are putting so much pressure on them, expecting them to perform, releasing albums from the minute they get back from the military. I think in the future they also may want some more time for solo work in between BTS and maybe some private time (people can deny it as much as they want but at one point they will start dating)
@@jenniferrassart3054 the guys wanna perform and do a tour so they're doing one in late 2025 or most probably in 2026. That's what THEY wanna do and the tannies r gonna do what they want regardless. Nobody is pushing them to do more or overwork themselves. They've always moved on their time and speed.
Group music, solo music it doesn't matter we r gonna wait as long as it takes. As for the dating part they're not only gonna date they've probably done so it's just that we don't know about it lol they don't need to share that part of their life if they don't want to, they already share so much with their audience. We don't need to know every little thing going on in their private life and some things are just that. Private

You should listen to BTS Cyphers, there are four of them. Nothing but Rapping from RM, Suga, and J-hope. They are the "Rap Line' of BTS and RM and Suga were two of the best underground rappers in Korea. J-Hope became the third member of BTS and he learned to Rap by listening to RM and Suga.

Boy, their whole concerts are like that, with some encores of just singing/raping mixed in so they don't, you know, DIE FROM EXHAUSTION, but yeah, welcome to the kpop world~ even tho BTS goes beyond K-pop, pretty much every k-group sings, raps, dance, etc. So you're in for a treat. Thanks for appreciating our boys~
About the lights, they're lightsticks and every k-group has one of its own, with very original designs, they're pretty cool.
They loose rings during the performance as they loose weight during it.

There concerts are 2,5 to 3 hours with no opening act. They have 45 minutes sets for AWARD SHOWS!
They all have a set of the metallic colored mics as well as the Swarovski crystal mics (except V, he didn't want the crystal mic, he said it's too heavy :P). They've changed up their mic colors a couple times.

Every Kpop group has their own special light stick. BTS's is called the Army Bomb. It connects to the venue's bluetooth and the lighting people can change the colors to go with different songs or to make different designs.
Trust me, most of us absolutely don't care about how long the video ends up being. I know I LOVE watching folk get hype over BTS. Can't wait to see what you watch next!

This 73 year old great grandma loves the fact they don't lip sync. If you're interested watch the live performance from The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon during 2020. All protocols were followed so BTS could perform ON at an empty Grand Central Station in New York. I saw it when it aired and it blew my mind!
yes, they each have custom mics! they are color coded to match their in-ears. Jin-pink, RM-blue, Suga-black, J-hope-red, Jimin-gold, V-green, Jk-pruple. They have been known to switch colors, like V sometimes uses red in his solo days. JK always has purple as he loves us army! They purple us, and we purple them!!!

They also change mic colors from time to time just because the old mics wear out and they get new ones

Word of advice…when watching BTS content, try your best to watch until the video ends. Otherwise you are going to miss out on some of the best moments. It hurt my soul that you missed Suga *literally* dropping a mic at the end of the dance break… not once but TWICE! 😩

Ya fun fact.. Suga would stop mid verse just to stop the haters saying they lip sync. They are always LIVE, AND they’re doing the work-dancing, not relying on dancers to entertain for them. And yes they each have their color mic and ear piece.
You should watch the BTS - Dope + Baepsae (Silver Spoon) + Fire + Idol - Liver Performance…. all one concert. back to backsongs. Don’t don’t where they get the energy. Also, their stage performance of Anpanman is so much fun. Also, watch the dance practice for Mic Drop.

Ask anybody who gpes to a BTS concert. The crowd is lit. They know all the work and ARMY will organise parts to join in together.
I have been lucky enough to have seen them 10 times in concert and when I tell you that their concerts are 2.5-3hrs long and they keep their energy up the whole time.
Yes, and then afterwards, off stage, they collapse or need oxygene. Have you seen this video? It was really hard to watch. Every ARMY should watch it and see the amount of pressure we put them through, always wanting more, better and bigger...
@@jenniferrassart3054 Of course I have seen them all. It is almost unbearable to watch. However, I don't think we put any more pressure on them than they do themselves. They have to know their limits and what they can and can't do. As they are getting older they will have to realize how to adjust to their changing limits. I remember Hobi telling JK backstage that while going all out looks great on stage, that it is not professional. That learning how to control your energy on stage so that you have enough to finish the whole show was being professional. I'll be here for as long as they will have me.
- At their last concert in Busan they *started* with Mic Drop and then went straight into Run BTS and Run, two *even more* hype songs.
- The light sticks are called ARMY Bombs. At concerts they're synced to your seat number via Bluetooth so they can create words, shapes and giant light shows all across the stadium. It looks amazing.
- Their concerts typically last at least 1.5 hours, not 45 minutes. 😉 That includes fast and slow songs, rap line songs, vocal line songs, (sometimes) solo songs, talking to the crowd and a final section called "ARMY Time" where they tend to ditch the fancy clothes for comfy basics, have fun with the crowd and sing some of their comforting and/or fun songs. You'll feel like you're a part of it even if you're just live streaming it from home.

2019 MAMA awards show is the best live performance, in my opinion. If you really want to see how hard they go in live shows, that is the one.

@mariepettersson6422 most? Only the beginning of Persona and then Mikrokosmos were prerecorded. That was a small amount of the performance. All the songs with dancing as well as the solo dancing were live.
I love this live performance i was there amd it was so electric i loved it so much.
Cyphers 1 till 4 are from the rap line only (RM, Suga and JHope) and you can start with the lyrics videos first to understand what they are saying and then look for the live performances after. You will love them.
Also the Wembley stadium performance of the rap line’s Outro tear is a powerful as well.

I love your reactions to BTS! Yes, custom Mic's. Sometimes the color of their mic matches their ear piece. Their concerts are usually 3 hours long. If you watch any behind the scenes footage of their concerts, you'll see them drenched with sweat and sometimes needing oxygen between sets. Also, I've heard that they practice singing while on a treadmill! They work hard for ARMY!

a fact, it's not any arena, it's the Wembley Stadium in UK which they sold out in 30 minutes for 2 days
Part of their training is that they run on the treadmill while singing...helps them survive 2.5-3 hour concerts.

When BTS is preparing for a concert they train singing while running on a treadmill! They work so hard to provide a top notice performance and experience for the fans. No, this was in the middle of the show. The lights are called ARMY bombs. First I would suggest you watch a few of the documentaries (first on my list below) so you understand more about the group and the individual members. Let's be real we're talking about a live BTS concert which can be 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours long. they purposely put solo songs, songs only by the rap line, only by the vocal line. giving other members a chance to rest. the choreography varies between like mic drop not as intense more intense and sometimes they're not really dancing to be able to relax and rest. they're not using auto tune unless it was purposely originally put in the song. They do have backing tracks for situations like if someone singing a solo in the track in the studio, they recorded backing track doing their own backup voices because they really have backup singers in their concerts. Sometimes for live performances at award shows and other venues they will actually stop singing on purpose to leave out part of one particular members lines to prove that they're not lip syncing you'll just hear silence if their lips stop moving! Unlike some famous big stars in Western countries, I went to the theater and walks Taylor Swift concert video movie over a dozen times in the concert movie she quit moving her mouth was just smiling or doing some dancing her lips weren't moving but you still heard her singing obviously lip syncing! the Taylor Swift concert movie was a bizarre experience I was 6566 years old I used to really like Taylor Swift when she was younger when before she started lip syncing all the time! Teenage girls and even women in their 20s and 30s were getting out of their seats standing in the aisles blocking people coming or going to the restrooms and singing to the movie and dancing people it was a movie it wasn't a concert. On the other hand during the pandemic BTS put on a full concert streamed online if you wanted to pay for the code to watch it at home in bigger cities it was stream live in movie theaters so there you were watching on a movie screen in the theater live performances for 2 1/2 to 3 hours! And this was done worldwide globally at some places it wasn't streamed live but it was shown in theaters or day or two later. This was in countries all over the world back five or six years ago when BTS released their movie Burn The Stage in the first weekend it outsold One Direction's movie called This Is Us in the first weekend in the US!
Hi! Thank you for the reaction. New subscriber. Not sure if you know about their dance practices. They are amazing. So many good ones to watch . Plus you get to see a bit more of their personalities. They are incredible performers and their work ethic is amazing. But it's fun to see them being loveable goofball too
honey these concerts last a few hours and they dance like this till the end. their training for concerts involves running and singing with those oxygen reducing masks that athlete train in, so they can be sure their vocals are steady still when out of breath. you can see clips of jungkook jogging and practicing singing, and singing perfectly
having said that. there are also clips of them stepping off stage and passing out. they work so hard.
They usually perform 2-3 hrs straight singing dancing and everything

They got their individualized mics now. You wanting to get into the Cyphers! Do it! They had so much hate from the beginning and they just channeled that into cyphers for a bit... they seriously get better as they go. Lolz......as a West Indian Army Mom since 2016. Lemme explain their diff coloured mics. When Halsey flew to S.Korea.....and recorded "Boy With Love".....plus the Music vid. LOVE HER. She presented a HUGE BOX to BTS. A 'Gift'. Once they opened it.............was SEVEN MICs IN DIFF COLORS PLUS THE EAR PIECES. She simply told them "Choose either your fave color...or the 'Color' you think - most represents WHO YOU ARE". So SAID? So done. BTS (made their individual choices) and used her 'gift' for YEARS....in world record breaking performances......around the Globe. Hence......today. for Yourself or 'Baby Army'.....depending on the vid/live performance you may review....is why all members have a certain colored Mic/ear piece. And to be honest? Her gift......probs cost THOUSANDS......when Halsey didn't need to. Is why....Army LOVE and have even donated to Global charities .....in HER NAME. 💜. Witness when they are barely able to walk....cannot breathe......have 5 secs to change......GET BACK OUT.....while Millions are chanting their names. There are many YT vids out there.....showing how PAINFUL IT IS.....for our Boys.....behind stage. How close they came to 'shutting down a concert' ....as one of them was seriously injured. Yet they kept going. If you really want to see 'The Truth'? and not just their 'pretty Music vids? .....trust, Love. Our Boys have MORE than paid their dues in Blood Sweat n Tears (behind the scenes) ........💜💜

Their mics matched their ear pieces and they're all custom(Alteast, they were). And all of their concerts are obnoxiously elaborate in the best way possible. Also, their training included singing while on a treadmill if I'm not wrong.

People hardly know this but BTS has a very strong Hip Hop element on their music, especially old school hip hop.
