- I collected the garbage and made a ship.
So far I've spent twenty dollars.I bought four Styrofoam bonds, ie four Wood Bonds.
I built a ship without any finesse.Knowledge. I repeated Buggo's's words.
for larger boat.. I want to use some plywood to create the cross sections..and then use the foam for shaping between the plywood cross sections. Then.. use this to build the "Plug". I like your solution to use paper as barrier to allow you to then overlay the fiberglass. Smart and cheap. I think this is a very cheap way to build the plug, and then you can do a Form and make multiple Hulls out of it. NICE!!

For the bottom of your boat you could have used much thinner foam material and given you more internal depth to set in . With as lite as your foam boat is it will have a very little draft and be quite high in the water .

Ficou muito bom seu trabalho! s Uma dica para isolar o isopor. pode usar massa oleo para cobrir, depois lixar, e só fibrar com resina. ou usar uma tinta epoxi e pintar para isolar o isopor. ou uma cola epoxi pincelada. A fibra do casco, aplicar com rolo de ceda para ficar mais liso.

what did you use to glue the paper
Okay you used tossed foam (great thinking) Several questions? What is the red/pink liquid used to make bond foam sections together? Where you get foam cutter? Which grit sandpaper used?
Sapo used #300,#600. Pink bond is styrofoam bond,There are also transparent materials. But the foam is white,I used pink to check the distribution. I bought a form cutter online. I'll leave the site address in the description.

Paper coating can be omitted.
Coat with sodium silicate and talc

Is this Kayak heat resistant? Can I use in 45 - 50 degrees weather.
There are some differences depending on the styrofoam used as the base, but as a result, it can be used sufficiently by FRP molding.

Use a styrofoam adhesive. It is easy to get it from the tool shop.

Curious why you used newspaper rather than fibreglass, surely that's not very strong?
If you glue the fibreglass directly to the Styrofoam, the Styrofoam melts.
To prevent that, I put on a newspaper, but there was a little problem, so I found another way to solve it. I hope you watch the next video. Thank you.
