The traditional way of making dosa without cheese is the best way to eat dosa or idli. Just a small spoon of ghee or oil is perfectly ok. These days cheese is added to every single dish of India.... trying to make fusion food the authentic taste is lost. PPL must discourage it for health reasons as well as maintaining authenticity

When we were small in our native sada dosa, masala dosa meant potato bhaji inside, onion uttappa, Mysore masala dosa, thuppa dosa ithna hee tha. Cheesebutter, oil kuch nahim tha . Iska naam sunke south Indians won't prefer this at all.
