I think I like mario hoops 3 on 3 better but this was pretty cool. I can't be the only one who wants a remake or another version of that game right? Sports mix was cool but didn't have as much tactics like mario hoops. But in the end there both great games
I would like a Mario Sports Mix sequel with all the characters from Hoops and Mix together (So bring back Birdo, Dixie Kong, Paratroopa, Boo and Fly Guy and keep Toad, Miis and Slime) and also some newcomers, like Rosalina, Pauline, Toadette and others.) They could also add a 5th sport and add more courts and items

As a White Mage player, hitting on the "sweet spot" (the middle of her blast, which is also where the ball is and where her magic is the strongest) of her special in dodgeball is so satisfying. I love seeing the impact sound and my opponent sent flying. On the other hand, I hate it when they only get caught in the end of the blast, so underwhelming

What they could've done is depending on the Miis favorite color, their special moves becomes different elements with different status ailments like red: burn; dark blue:Slows down, sky blue: Freeze, yellow: Lightning stun, etc.
I dont get how people say waluigi is op, his special moves are blocked so easily and in basketball they mostly get him less points than any other move (like in the video)
Just replay a star cup level, you get all cryatals and go to the behemeth battle, if you do sports mix and beat the starship you go to king behemeth, whom is harder than the oringanal.
tfw you could make Mario's special shot in dodgeball near unavoidable by shaking the wii mote(or waiting for the shot) after moving the targeting cursor onto an enemy character right when Mario's about to spike the ball..good times..
There is a garden fence that restricts where the enemy team can go. It keeps them away from the basketball net, but keeps them in and trapped when playing dodgeball to hit them for example.
Waluigi's ability to do his special 4 times allows completely insane comebacks if you aim right. I notice that this is most effective in dodgeball and volleyball. Put simply, waluigi can and will kick your ass into oblivion if he can land his shots
