Thank you for showing the real Pueblo. My family has been in Pueblo since the 1920s. Italian immigrants brought to the area because of the steel mill. I grew up in Pueblo and couldn't wait to get the heck out of "The Blow. " I escaped to Denver and never looked back until my dad was diagnosed with terminal cancer in 2017 and moved back to take care of him since I'm a nurse and my brother and mom weren't sure what to do . I'm still here due to a promise I made him to take care of my mom. Pueblo changed so much since I moved away (or maybe I just grew up) and I'm happy here (though I admit I miss Denver.) I'm now a hospice nurse in Pueblo and I am so blessed to take care of the residents here. I'm rooting for your mom to beat the cancer monster and much love to you and your family.

I also wanted to say, we just got off a Disney Alaskan cruise recently and wow, I was not expecting to fall in love with Alaska. The beauty, the majesty of it - and I don’t even think we scratched the surface. Can’t wait to go back!!! We have also visited Yukon on our bus/White Pass train and everything was just beyond what we could have ever imagined . I can see why people love it there! I know this is not related to this vlog but just wanted to say you are lucky to call Alaska home!

I got my tattoo at age 56 after my mom passed. She loved butterflies, so I got that on the inside of my lower arm. It’s not very noticeable to others unless I move a certain way. I wanted that as it’s for me to see when I glance down at a certain angle…..🦋

The Irish nachos at shamrock are amazing 🙌🏻 make sure you visit some of the farms for roasted green chilis next time you’re here! You can take them and freeze them or they even ship them to all 50 states. Musso’s is the best farm. Millberger is the best lunch place! Also Liberty Point is definitely a place to go and just take in the beauty. Usually at sunset.

my son lives in colorado springs so my husband and i are thinking of moving to Colorado to spend our second half of life lol. I read pueblo is like the cheapest place to live in colorado which is what we would need cause we dont have a lot of money. Do you know what the rent for studios or tiny mobile homes or something like that would cost? thank you very much
Okay, I used to live in pueblo, and if you want to see something amazing that some locals know, go to bishops castle in the San Isabel mountains. Best thing in pueblo.
