Thanks for the quick but detailed video, appreciate the information and motivation I plan on setting up in my 2 car garage.....Fight the Good Fight! 😉🥊
LOve how you guys kept it simple and honestly I agree with it. Personally what I would add to it is -pull up bar The most important muscles if your going pure boxing is unarguebly your arms, shoulders and back. The Pull up Bar is one of the most reliable ways to hit all these muscles at once and very affordable. If you build up those 3 muscle groups and splash in abit of chest, than fuse that with good punching technique, and you will hit like a truck. -Some Dumbells around 15 lbs Very cheap and also makes no sound at all. This matters for some peopl who have karen neighbors who report litterally anything remotely loud. With a set of dumbells you can do just about any exercise to train any part of your body. And 15-20 lbs is that ideal spot that you will always be useful no matter how strong you get. a set of 15 lbs will cost you around 40 bucks, maybe 60. So not to expensive. Fuse this with a bench that you can lay on and the exercise options are limitless. -A nice soft yoga mat A lot of boxing training requires you to train your abbs, and you do not want to do this on a painful rough floor, it's bad for the bag, so buy yourself a nice soft yoga mat to lay down on when your doing your abs.
Good and helpful vid but really set up like one really big ad. I understand that the fight camp sets are really nice and it’s a dream to own one but with that $1200 price tag I’d rather buy a cheap $250 Rex one with suction cups so it never falls down
What does the smart bag do? Does it correct your form also or only measure the force hitting the punching bag? I don’t know anything about boxing and this seems like a great product
Can you really unload on that bag I hit very hard and I have a hard time with bags staying in place how hard was the guy with the flow shirt hitting it
