Mami we make sambar powder without jeeragam.other incredents are same. Only for rasam powder we put jeeram
traditional sambar powder does not have milagu and jeera it is only for rasam powder . I belong to pgt village and my grandmother never added milage and jeera in sambar powder

Fenugreek's bitter taste is dominating in my powder.
