    Mami we make sambar powder without jeeragam.other incredents are same. Only for rasam powder we put jeeram

    traditional sambar powder does not have milagu and jeera it is only for rasam powder . I belong to pgt village and my grandmother never added milage and jeera in sambar powder

    Just as you gave the measurements in the recipe box for rasa podi can you give the measurement for samar podi in the recipe box.

    amma, also no body can make the sambhar powder like palghat brahmin type. ramesh
