Why did you place the settlement tank before the drum filter? Drum filter has 100mic mesh on it but this size will settle out before it gets to drum filter and anything that gets passed the settling tank will be suspended solids (
Could u please guide me how to instal the tank bottom discharge that all water don't drain off if power cut off
Hi, you need a standpipe for that. Water should go up in the pipe and then overflow this pipe in order to keep a certain level

Yes, exactly. But you need to use it right way to take out solids from the bottom
