I just love to hear East Africans speak. Much love from the Caribbean🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹
Brother - I feel that U are running a Nitrogen Cycle - could it be a Close-Loop AQUAPONIC System. Just make a vegetable garden and try to filter the fish waste (ammonia) through some sort of a grow bed - then U can kill 2 birds in 1 stone - where you can harvest vegetables/fruits and fish. Alhamdhulilaahi - keep up the good work.

Yes, he has stated that he use the nitrates for crop production
With that amount of Fish you can set up a Digester to produce Bio-Gas , and use it to run the Pumps..
Great work you are doing there. Blessings.
The incubator man is a quite informed in his work
That’s his job
Mother Africa is very proud of you all!
I think one of the main things I learned from this video is the importance of creating a market. Just producing the product isn't enough. Great video!

So amazing
Merry Christmas 2023 .amen
Thank you, l would like to come to visit the farm.
Good video but I am amazed at the capital expenditure. I think he has missed a trick by not applying the 20:80 pareto rule where every venture makes 80% of its profits from only 20% of the venture. He should identify his 20% and double down on it with more capital infusion for more profits. I wonder why they have to set up their own outlets. There are surely many moving parts to manage. How hard is it to sell fish wholesale to middlemen and the final consumer? The Kamuthanga marketing system looks very complicated to execute for someone looking to start...
He's marketing approach is the best and an excellent idea, execution. Selling to middle men and wholesalers takes a good pinch off his profit margin, but a target market fr final consumers means he's gonna be selling most of his stocks at premium price which brings maximum profits possible. Good thinking and an Amazing Set up.
@@kcjabari.1146 Conventional wisdom tells us that you get most of your rewards from 20% of your work. It is called the 80-20 Pareto rule. I don't see the need why he should be in every segment of the value chain. That's going to strain any business resources thin and be capital intensive like in his case. Perhaps he should identify which 20% of his business makes him 80% of his profits and pour in more capital into that segment to make even more profits
Great fish farming technology
Very impressive. I'd like to visit your farm. I'm just starting- infact 3 months old in the business. I'm based in Nyahururu.
Wow that powerful 😇😇

Hello Mr Ndeto
I just discovered your video, very inspiring. How can someone join your Accademy. Watching from DRC.
Very interesting system, we Better World Innovations from Zambia would be happy to come and learn from your team. 🎉❤
I like the marketing 👍👍
have u considered using black soldier flies as a source of protein.. that would bring cost of feeds low.. u are doing a fine job... do u allow for farm visits? charges ?
Awesome
Wonderful💯✅my ndugus am ready and waiting for you to start-up for me Aquaponics Farming.......kwa my ka'farm.... God willingly🙏🙏
Well done Tony this is my dream...you ought to consider franchising the fish farm end too. 200 outlets would need supply 100 farms close to outlets hence less on transport, cool chain etc.
We need not import fish at all if anything we should be net exporters!
I would be interested to know the capital required in one acre farm setup.
Around 100-120 million Kenya shillings
very nice
With your YY technology, is it a mixed breed tilapia you're using or straight blue tilapia? Thank. I'm interested in starting this in the US.
My God ..
I love Africa
