Super cool weapon I just hate how the weapon art is not very viable in boss fights, frost buildup is also pretty lackluster but I guess it doesn't even need it

Same, I do wish it has more frostbite buildup and less base damage in return, 55 frost for such a slow weapon means you never really proc it unless you're spamming R1
