One of the best-produced informational videos I’ve ever seen, for real.

Thank you for the kind words! This is one of my first history videos. I fell down a rabbit hole when I discovered the crazy history behind this random pond!

I grew up in Akron and went to a Goodyear Middle School just across the street from this pond, I used to walk home right by it every day for 2 years. I remember hearing the stories about the train going in the pond 🤣. It always had this creepy vibe when you're around it

This would of been a lot more enjoyable if a real human was narrating it.

As a lifelong Akronite, I’m cringing at the mispronunciation of “Seiberling” in the beginning. Great video though - a piece of Akron history I’ve never heard before.
Drove through Goodyear Heights earlier tonight.

Thank you! I know I should have read it myself. The AI voice sometimes pronounces things weirdly. It's funny; a few people have commented on Facebook saying the AI is actually pronouncing it correctly. lol

@@dinklifeusait would be interesting if everyone in Akron has been pronouncing it wrong for the last 100 years! Both of my parents grew up in Goodyear Heights - East High Class of ‘69 and ‘70. I sent my mom this video and she said, “I NEVER TOLD YOU ABOUT BLUE POND?” I can’t wait to hear what she has to say!
