Best useful in Doubles or Multis as it really doesn't deal damage too well. Alternatively, you could run Struggle Bug and make it physically defensive instead, or run Toxic instead of Thunder Wave. Since Dark types are now immune to Prankster status moves, it's best to keep some Bug attacking move on it.

Contrary assist "Beer" Team: Use a contrary assist spind called Beer if shiny even better it looks like it has drinked too much beer, one smeargle with spore, sticky web(the one that makes oponents slower),trick room and oblivion wing so spinda can heal and get faster, the rest of the smeargles with moves that can boost spinda if by +2 if possible.
Struggle enforcer team (an entire team with their only form of dealing damage being forcing the opponent to enter struggle)

My most scumbag stalling Pokémon is Shedinja. Tanks super-effective attacks like there’s no tomorrow (mainly because if it gets hit by a super-effective attack there won’t BE a tomorrow for it)!

I remember when I was a kid, i caught the Deoxys on birth island from the fire red event and the first battle I have with it, it gets one hit by a lvl 20~ Raticate. I was so confused and let the Deoxys rot in the storage box forever after.

I can't think of any truly scummy stalling sets off the top of my head, but here's a Hitmonchan set that I had fun using: Drain Punch, Bulk Up, Counter, Foresight, with Iron Fist and holding Leftovers. Toxic probably would have been better than Counter, but I don't like putting Toxic on non-Poison types.
