I think they did a great job with the budget that they had. They used tricks to make the house look as spacious and warm as possible. The railings are seen in other modern homes and I think they work fine here as well. They wisely spent a good chunk of the budget on a nice kitchen and family dining area. Those were the couple's priorities. Nice work.
Very nice reform for this young couple. It reflects sparkles of the couple culture and has a lot of caracter. The living dining space is just awesome. Bravo!😊
What I love about you guys is you really really care…..hard for me to explain……so love you both very much for not only giving HOMES to family’s but caring.❤️💜
Beautiful. The only comment is the cabinet they should have turn upside down before adding the shelving to allow the door to open right to left which would open it into the kitchen for ease of access.
It was nice except painting the formal room built ins in s a mistake IMO. It would be better to match the formality of the room and the piano. Enjoyed the new family room.
I like the look of the staircase railings, but I am wondering if it would be safe for future children. Horrible thought - but could a child get his/her head caught in those wire spindles?
Wait what? Nate and Jeremiah met at college! 😮 Crazy, imagine people are in college and haven't yet found their crush. And me already finished and im still single! 😅🤣😭 So harsh lol! 😅🤣😭😭
Normally I like what these guys do, but I’m not loving this one. Those paint colors are way too dark, and what happened to the cool chandelier from the entryway? Everybody said they were going to keep it, then snip, snip, gone. Also not a fan of what they did to the iron railings. Steel cable, really? Swing and a miss. 😕
I hate the railings too! It's a great way for a small child to get their head stuck in that and basically hang themselves. People seriously don't think about these things.
This cut of the episode doesn't show that Nate & Jeremiah gave them a sneak & they reexamined things they originally wanted to keep and the couple decided to remove the chandelier since it didn't go with the house, and the railing 🤷🏿♀️
Idk....it maybe just me but I didn't like....anything😅, I was expecting something modern but it was really much more "formal" and the colours looked like the 2000...it was popular here in Europe but not anymore! The railing is also quite old.....the kitchen looked more....cold, it wasn't modern or inviting just like an amateur kitchen which was a surprise from my favorite designers!!!!
Sad…I wish they wouldn’t have painted the down stairs wood built in shelving, did not like what they did with the railing and wish they would have kept the light in the foyer. Overall I found it “meh”.
And dumped probably custom cabinets, again, for cheap crapola. The original ones were probably there since the 60s. These are unlikely to be there 15 years. Watch.
White carpeting? Who ARE these people? Lol. They'll seriously regret it at the 1st kid. Or dog. Or cat. Or AIR. Mad they dumped the original paneling for cheap garbage. It can be refinished if it's wood!
So, they were right. They're tamping down what made HGTV interesting to make everyone the SAME. Yuck. I would have refinished all the original wood cabinets and paneling. Assuming they were sound.
That foyer color is hideous...yuck! And why is a couch in front of that wall unit/bookcase?🤷 That home design is a NOPE for me. I hope the homeowners like it though.😊

The couple is sooo beautiful! Congratulations ❤

I like all the details expect for the iron railing
yeah i thought they were just gonna add a few more curved parts to make it safer
Love to watch the Nate and Jeremiah Home Project they make each house to a really home 😊
I love how each room turned out!
Amazing design. The colors and esp the spice rack is over the top.
Amazing transformation love the family dining room and kitchen. And love the wonderfull round Lamp in the hallway.. But sorry, not the railing.
Should have kept the funky railing for sure!
What a lovely and unique design. Be happy❤
I like when they break out of their standard beige/off-white box. They can an should more color.
Love this design! Stunning
everything I like, in the befor, you keeped in the house...the build ins, the wonderfull round Lamp in the hallway as well...great
Out of the world😊..... Great work!!
I love the design, and they did a fabulous job of decorating.❤😊❤
They did amazing WITH EVERYTHING.
Would love to see the finishes on all your videos…thats the most exciting part
I just love the way it came out amazing this guys are the best in decorating absolutely amazing ❣️❣️❣️❣️
The round old lamprea it’s sooooo beautiful !!
Sweet couple!
Beautiful… although I personally would´ve kept the original railing
Not what I was expecting, also don't like the railing at all. What a beautiful couple and love Jeremiah and Nate so much.
Stunning 🎉🎉🎉
They did an amazing job.
I am bing watching all your videos! I love your styles

I miss the old, in charge Nate……..loved his designs.
Love that spice storage, just light is not spices friend!
its so beautiful wow
I like the look of the staircase railings, but I am wondering if it would be safe for future children. Horrible thought - but could a child get his/her head caught in those wire spindles?
Love your style.
Great job ❤
Beautiful!!
Loved all of it
Stunning! 😍
They Knocked It Out Of The Park...
Splendid!
Lovin it❤
Absolutely stunning 🇮🇹
I liked it.
Есть все необходимое, ничего лишнего, но чертовски красиво.(There is everything you need, nothing more, but damn beautiful.)
SUPER!!!BRAVO!!!👍👍👍🥰🤩💝💖💛💙🇺🇦
I just wish they would have kept the original entry light piece and railing
"The truest expression of your story...?" Ick
Wonderful
Nice color palette, but spoce rack is so far from the stove!
Brilliant🔥
The glass display for spices seemed like a cool concept, but it was actually impractical for doing actual cooking.
Are they not worried about those string thing stairs when the babies come.
I'd keep the cabinetry and have them refinished or painted over. You'll never find quality like that again.
Spectacular!
The iron railing was beautiful no need to ruin itas they did.
The first thing that needs to go is the new railings. This couple wants to have children and those stretched wire railings are dangerous for kids.
Wait what? Nate and Jeremiah met at college! 😮 Crazy, imagine people are in college and haven't yet found their crush. And me already finished and im still single! 😅🤣😭 So harsh lol! 😅🤣😭😭
They got to keep it b/c nobody wanted to pay to MOVE it. Lol
I have to be honest...I 100% agree with you. I was a little disappointed with this one.
I hate the railings too! It's a great way for a small child to get their head stuck in that and basically hang themselves. People seriously don't think about these things.
I thought the old railing was fine.
This cut of the episode doesn't show that Nate & Jeremiah gave them a sneak & they reexamined things they originally wanted to keep and the couple decided to remove the chandelier since it didn't go with the house, and the railing 🤷🏿♀️
I agree! Smh

Beautiful to look at hard to live with, dark and sultry too many open shelves
Is it me or is only Jeremiah the one that makes all the calls 🤔
Oh boy… those railings are a major hazard when it comes to kids😬
Sad…I wish they wouldn’t have painted the down stairs wood built in shelving, did not like what they did with the railing and wish they would have kept the light in the foyer. Overall I found it “meh”.
Not a fan of these colours, loved the wood before. Table is uber cool. Hate railings. Normally love all these two touch? Just saying!
Gorgeous but no way that cost $100k
And dumped probably custom cabinets, again, for cheap crapola.
The original ones were probably there since the 60s.
These are unlikely to be there 15 years. Watch.
I like it, I just wonder how much money they had to spend on all this. Probably not worth it
lol.. color of spices
They say they love the original features, the original features go in the dumpster...
☹️
Totally ruined... Railing, beautiful build in... So much potential in that space, wasted... For 100.000$...😢
Not a fan, but as long as home owners are happy. That's all that matters.
The stair railing is dangerous for small children. Fail.
WOW, the antique store is exxxpensive.
White carpeting? Who ARE these people? Lol. They'll seriously regret it at the 1st kid. Or dog. Or cat. Or AIR.
Mad they dumped the original paneling for cheap garbage. It can be refinished if it's wood!
Their antiques are WAY overpriced, btw. 12k for a cabinet?? Are they INSANE, or just stupid?
So, they were right. They're tamping down what made HGTV interesting to make everyone the SAME. Yuck.
I would have refinished all the original wood cabinets and paneling. Assuming they were sound.
Blowing the budget on high priced antiques and custom pieces? No thanks
That foyer color is hideous...yuck! And why is a couch in front of that wall unit/bookcase?🤷 That home design is a NOPE for me. I hope the homeowners like it though.😊
Not in love with the colors, they make the house look like an older couple lives there.
Too much gray.
The railing was ugly
Each space on its own looked great but as a whole just seemed disjointed
What happened to Nate's upper lip?
