This is their BEST work ever!! Just a beautiful amalgamation of wicker and wood and stone and metal....and glass and modern without being cold....just perfect❤
The Nate and Jeremiah Home Project is one of my two "don't miss an episode" HGTV shows. Their interaction with one another, their children and their clients is always so real. (I hope Jeremiah is opting to keep his hair at this season's length and not going back to the broccoli cut.)
The home is now elevated to being a stunning beauty. The kitchen and living room rei-inventions are an amazing achievement. The colors, materials, etc. were executed with such thoughtfulness and exquisite taste. Well done!
Nate and Jeremiah your designs are beautiful. You have such an eye for this. Happy for this couple. Going thru cancer can be so dark and scary and you gave them the light.
Gorgeous! You clearly listen to people in each of your shows and never disappoint. Prayers, for a long and prosperous life to this beautiful couple in your old new home.
i love the idea of the stairs going into the kitchen. i love watching movies that have those. i always wondered how they got it & still had room in the hall upstairs. 😅
80's tract home builders went ledge-crazy. High ceilings, but tons of ledges + radius drywall edges...and, fluorescent lighting. Oh, and arches, tons of arches. Lot of builder-grade Spanish colonial/Mediterranean (if you're lucky, it's Mediterranean French or Italian).
I’m so impressed with the way you created the space for this family ❤️🥰. The fireplace looks amazing it truly is the focal point of the room that brings the energy to the room. The island looks so fabulous in this space absolutely stunning in the kitchen and I absolutely love the the stove hood OMG it’s a MASTERPIECE of artwork that brings the kitchen all together. It is the most beautiful kitchen/living and dining space I’ve ever seen. I would love a place like this for my home if I were young too ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
When they first walked into the family room, I was like--oh that's an addition, that weird closet was probably a mudroom/back porch originally and they kept it as a closet rather than taking it out.
IF it's a load-bearing wall. If not, no beam is needed. The structure has to have the total load carried, tied together. Generally, a contractor can tell by looking, but some have to have a hole poked in it to see if it's carrying a load.
The walled in stove is very impractical. You would have had more counter space without it plus a regular backsplash would have been much easier to clean.
Probably my favorite transformation I have seen of these two so far. Gorgeous.

They have a style that always I've appreciate: clean and elegant !!
I absolutely love it!! It is timeless. Neutral, but not boring.
Aaawww. Bless the man for spotting his recliner. It does look better on the other side of the room! Great renovation!

Not over done... just right and functional. Awesome!
I know that cost a huge amount of cash, but that is pretty timeless and comfortable, probably my number one makeover
WoW! And I love that they included the cabinet cost.

Absolutely stunning renovation.
The subtle humor between the two is seen well in this episode.
Here you go again. Beautiful design . Love it!!!
Now this design is totally amazing 😮
The effort and logistics involved in installing that 24 foot beam should have a dedicated hour long segment! I am keen to see that!!!

ABSOLUTELY STUNNING.....
Please also do a master class segment on what "intentional and continuity" mean. A Mirriam Manzo style explanation would suffice.

I’m glad they resold the kitchen cabinets.

Ooh a blue couch. Such a bold, risky choice amid all that beige

Amazing kitchen
Love you both! Is the furniture, decor included?
Yyou didnt let me see his kitchen staircase 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢
Yeah, baby! (I wonder if I would spring for 20K to knock down a wall?)
Beautiful ❤ it!!!
You know you can’t just tear down a main wall without considering the need for a steel beam for support.
LoL 😂 they know that.

Amazing ❤
Most people would be thrilled to have the before house. Just saying.

Spendid!

What with heating oil prices rising it will be a downward trend, the open concept.
Dare I say Brian's beloved football chair might be relegated to the man cave/shed or bedroom. Yes I did dare!
I will never have a sink in the middle of the island again. splatter, splatter, splatter.
