    Two comments on this video claiming no study was cited - there was clearly a citation in the first few seconds. Did these people watch the video? 😂

      Yeah, the study was flashed on screen for the 1 second i wasnt looking.
      That being said, that only supports that "low carb diets are at a 22% higher mortality risk"
      There are no studies cited to support the fact that lowering meat intake improves health, or for any of their other suggestions.
      You cant say "this study shows that x is bad.....so that must mean y is good"

      Unfortunately that is the game of shorts. They give the creator a minimal amount of time, so the citations need to be seemlesly integrated in a way that is engaging and does not sto the flow of the video. It could be that that claim comes from the study cited in the video, it may be a matter of looking at the study cited and investigating further.
