false music copyright claims under fake companies have been happening for yrs and yt doesn't wanna do anything about it, it's also funny how mostly those appeals have to go through twitter to get any notice at all

While that's not really the problem it is that youtube seems to auto generate these youtube music audios from qq like they do from spotify now which will lead to so many issues because someone can upload any song to qq whether it's a cover or just a song that was missing on the platform, then be discovered by an agency, sign with them and then this kind of stuff will keep happening

I got hit with a claim for some lo-fi version of Liyue's theme. Even if you're not monetized, constant Content ID claims are more stressful than dislikes.
I also got a copyright claim for lantern rite quest for a in game background music as Good night, Liyue (Genshin Impact Lofi)

Crazy things with TH-cam copyright have happened to me before as well. I tried uploading a time-lapse art project to another channel but it was taken down by warner bros music because I had featured some free to public use Music in my video. But someone else had also used that music for something else and I was claimed on using the other persons content rather than the free to use public one.

Tencent doesn’t even own the song. If anything, HoYoverse’s music division HoYo Mix should’ve sued if it was used without permission from them, since it’s theirs.

Both, definitely needed to fix... if not fix... You definitely don't need a background music in Game and also the songs appeared in games, try using a edm non copyright songs during gameplay (I'm not talking Tiktok remixes songs)... But, it will break the ambience of music and gameplay without these music (I'm talking about game music)...
