I got inspired by one of his patients videos about 6 months ago. I’d been trying to rehab my body but this showed me it was time to work on my brain.
I was just watching a video I took in the gym yesterday and out loud said “holy $&!@“ I’m not sick anymore!!!!
I can’t believe it but I thank all those that came before me for my recovery. There’s truly so many reasons to have hope with caring doctors like this changing what it means to have dystonia forever! Thanks, doc! You saved my life!

Dystonia is very strange. I remember the first time I deadlifted double my body weight. I felt like a champion lifting the weight and then walked away like an old man, too weak to hold my head up. The muscles affected by dystonia are still firing so the muscles maintain their strength. Its just using them skillfully that is lost

Dr Farias, thank you for your video and for your work.
I wonder if you have considered the role of the Endocannabinoid system in dystonia?
Is it possible that a deficit of components in diet or the environment could be limiting the functions of the CB2 receptors in the system?

@@user-oh5pn3py4p I think it's more likely that you're trying to find an explanation for your situation by looking at what's unordinary/sub-par about your environment. If it's not the air, it's your diet, your sleep patterns, using your phone too much, living in a place that has a lot of people that wear Crocs, etc.
