How did siblings who were separated during the partition of Punjab meet after 76 years?

The village of Mataji bint Kaur is in Theori Gulan district of Gujranwala. She belonged to a Waraich Jat tribe, whose family was very large. At the time of partition of Punjab, one of her uncles became a Muslim and stayed in Pakistan. The whole story is in this video
