It's worker burnout. Giving workers at least one day of working from home will help.

Even better if every government gets on the same page an enforce 8 hours a day. Anything more a company needs to hire. Get more people employed and the current worker doesn’t have to do 2-3 people’s job. Idealistic I know.

tl;dr; companies will do anything but give the employees what they actually need

We just realized that we're nothing but a replaceable cog in a machine filled with replaceable cogs. This machine is everywhere and it steals your youth, and your very soul. It never rewards and doesn't compensate but just replaces it's parts as they where out,,with newer younger parts who thinks they have a good chance to better themselves, which is the ever elusive goal. P.S. I'm 62 been there done that

Totally agree, my solution to this is to replace all lower level jobs with machines and computers that people control and manage. Then we all get to be rich managers and bosses hahha

Working for corporations doesn’t help the individual working, it only makes the corporations and their CEOs richer.
Ice cream, really? Ice cream making things better is ridiculous.

@@blablup1214 in the video they mentioned some airline giving its tarmac workers ice cream. I hope you’re being sarcastic. It’s ridiculous how these companies think they can exploit their workers more with food.

The one big annoying thing about Uber is that you never know how they are trying to trick you next into accepting a trip you will loose money on.
    The new management is horrible.

why no one talks about the office politics and toxic culture these organizations have. Those who actually work and get things done are repeatedly harassed by managers and their puppets.

You are being reprimanded for getting stuff done .
Work efficiently and you get to pick k up everyone else's stuff.

Just look at his formulation, it is hillarious
4:50 They had to look at the nature of these jobs and what they could do to make them more humane and liveable
So they had their workers do their jobs in unhuman working conditions and are really wondering, why the hell are our worker unsatisfied ?

As a contract worker get rid of kpis. I'm hired to do a job, judge me on the quality of that work not how I can tick off your 20 areas of improvement.

Intersting. My company came up with the stupid idea of 30 miles radius to the office. We are forced to go in if you are within that range. Have you heard of this stupidity at other companies?

Yeah they increased pay, but by how much? A 2/3% raise with inflation at 7/8% is a net decrease...No wonder that satisfaction did not go up. Profits did go up for many companies though, so I guess their pittance increase was their way of saying "see, we tried, NoB0dy Wants to WerK anymor3"
