    Once you realize we are all made of quarks, of the same exact “things”, everything is made of the same “stuff”. Whatever that is, we are all the same. Humans, animals, plants, rocks, plastics.... we are everything, and once one realizes that, truly realizes and knows that as the only truth, then we also realize we are everything and nothing at the same time 😂 🤣 it makes me laugh how ironic it all is. 🤣 we take this “life” so seriously but it’s really not. We are this playground of experience, to just be, that is our purpose. We want to experience a limited, finite world, that’s the purpose. The meaning of life: to live. It’s all really that simple. There is no good or bad, no right or wrong. There just is. 😂 it’s a real trip 🤣 💗 ✌🏻

      And even the quarks or whatever, are made up of .. apparently nothing. Just pure energy. Vibration. Nothing is solid. 🤯

    Every day when we wake up in the morning, we feel the “mind blowing” experience of realizing that all objects we saw in our dreams were just an illusion. However very few people realize that the same illusion happens when we render reality to the so called “material objects” of the waking realm.

    So beautiful, especially the first 10 minutes, and the music 🎶 I have listened several times already, and will listen several more.
    It seems to me that in order to "know peace and wellbeing" we need to "create aggression and opposition"... only through the apparent duality can there be a sense of "the real peace"...
    Also I feel like I can see this in other people, but not in the "me, self". Perhaps it can never truly be seen, just sort of sensed, and sort of known, without needing more "proof". As that would be seeking, or creating opposition as I first mentioned. Round and round we go until the opposition can be sincerely dropped.
    These were the words I could find to try to articulate my view 😊

    Manjusree said, “Indeed! Indeed! Just as self is only a name, so too Buddha is only a name. Realizing the emptiness of a name is bodhi. One should seek bodhi without using names. The appearance of bodhi is free from words. Why? Because words and bodhi are both empty.
    Manjusree said,“Furthermore, sareeputtra, you ask me what is called Buddha and how one should observe a Buddha. That which has neither birth nor death, neither names nor appearances, and is neither coming nor going, is called Buddha. Can someone explain me If there is something outside our mind, but still within our counsciousness? Because that would mean that when my mind falls a sleep the so called world still exists as some vibration within counsciousness but not percieved through my mind anymore, but through other people minds yes. Did i got IT right?
    But wouldnt that meant that counsciousness vibrates within itself even when mind is off, but the difference is that it no longer can percieve it?
    I Hope someone will understand my question :D
    Maybe you Alan?

    • @alanneachell9092
      @alanneachell9092  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Prior to the dynamic energy of awareness there is emptiness or open intelligence.
      Emptiness vibrates as dynamic energy but remains singular.
      Thought arises as part of the dynamic energy and extracts, by description, a multitude of objects from the singular vibration.
      In Rupert's model, mind is simply the present thought, so while there is a mind, there will be an apparent world. (subject/object)
      When the mind called Konrad is not (deep sleep) then no world for that mind.

    • @kolarz2128
      @kolarz2128 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@alanneachell9092 yes. So its basically as i wrote it. World doesnt not exists Apart from mind, because the so called world is a vibration of counsciousness within itself and mind is part of that vibration which makes world because its working as a filter of reality.
      I am curious -- when my mind is absent like in deep sleep why its said that we experience counsciousness in rest if there is a lot of other minds present in awareness which are active. Shouldnt I rather experience those other minds at that time? Because how its possibile to experience ceasing of vibrations of awareness if there are still other present within me counsciousness. :d I can understand that it is me who is experiencing all other minds and everything during my waking stare and that I dont have a Direct experience of those minds because of limits of my mind. But why during sleep when limits of my mind are absent I dont experience all of other activitis instead of counsciousness at rest? It seems for me that counsciousness at rest will be only after Universe will end and before it started, or on another Words after every vibration will stop and before it started, otherwise no rest for awareness

      @@kolarz2128 everything we say about reality is only ever a model to try and explain appearance. It is and will always remain a mystery.
      Our investigations can take us to a seeing that nothing ever happened! The universe didn't start so cannot end.
      So we are only ever making concepts about a non existent appearance.

    Your proposition of dwelling on experience/s and only is good for conditions of meditating in the cave, where one is well protected from harm. In the city, walking on the street with such non-conceptual frame of mind would/could end up in disaster; one has to attach labels to ones perception like pedestrian strip, car, other people walking around. in order to avoid danger. Even while steering away others towards idealism, your narrative is just a story with many conceptual labels. 5 out of 10 from me.

    • @alanneachell9092
      @alanneachell9092  5 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      Concepts remain and are used but they are no longer believed to be the absolute truth. You can be intimate with all experience and simultaneously free from it.

    • @shankaraist
      @shankaraist 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Your simultaneousness of experience and "non experience" is meaningless. To be really free is akin to experience of amnesia from experience. We go thru "amnesia type experience" from experience - in deep sleep every night. Nothing happens simultaneously to that that you are aware of.

    • @alanneachell9092
      @alanneachell9092  5 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      I really don't want an amnesia like state. In fact I don't want any state as all states come and go.
      I am speaking from experience when I say you can be both movement and stillness simultaneously. To fall to one side or the other would be to lost in an extreme.

    Thank you very much for uploading this profound talk. I would have loved to hear it without the background music. I find it too distracting from Rupert's words and unnecessarily "covers up" and destroys the depth of the silence that permeates the teaching..
    We are not at the mall, I really don't see the need for background elevator "music"..

    The background music - quiet as it is - is still a distraction for me. When I try to concentrate on a statement you make during the silence before your next statement, I am almost prevented from being one-pointed in thought by the music. There is no point to the music or any need for it...........this is not an infomercial - you are not trying to "sell" anything. What in the world made you decide to put music in your presentations???? The silence between your statements is golden, please don't crap it up with sounds.

      You're opinion has been noted. Please realise that it is only opinion. I have no agenda except that I find that having a music link between clips helps to allow people's attention to flow from one conversation to the next. 🙏💕

      @@alanneachell9092 "........music links between the clips..." music was playing during the entire presentation that Mr. Spira gave. I don't know what you mean by "music between the clips". It's not any agenda that I am objecting to, just the ability to concentrate on the words, the message and not have another medium going on at the same time. Background music may work for supermarkets but not profound teaching where silence is important just as the words are.
