Omg dude I just watched some Vice City videos before this one and I thought youtube glitched out and accidentally played one of them while i was watching this
Man... Most forgot that this had a bad voice acting.... I seriously didn't even notice it when I played it before. lmao Even though the voice acting won't pass for today's standards, It is undeniable how fun it was to play.
I was thinking about an opening cutscenes. The first would be Rogan looking at the house of the first game. He sees Sophie walking up to him, but it was a zombies. Rogan wakes up in his apartment to see his wife take care of his baby daughter (though we only see her hands there is a few hints it might be Sophie). Rogan got a call from G telling him to turn on the TV. He saw a news report on the creature attack on the city. "Where are you?" "You know where. Now take your time, your a family man now. The big cheese has sent four agents to assist me." Rogan was getting ready to leave. He says to his wife "if this comes here, you know the drill." The next sean is where Rogan meets with the general in charge of containing the monsters in the city. And the next one is Rogan meats a truck unloading refugees. He saw G being carried in a stretcher. The last scene is Rogan had a survivor from the first game take a look at some dead monsters. He told Rogan what he knew about the link between Curien and the man behind the outbreak
Zombies are undead creatures even if a person dies if their brain is still intact they will reanimate as a zombie also maybe goldman injected a zombie serum that would only kick in at death.

The bar is being used to assemble militia fire teams to help contain the outbreak. The next scene is when that fire teams runs into Amy and Henry. They give Henry the serum. The next scene shows them helping Amy and Henry out of the city as the military bomb the city with napalm. They saw Rogan escaping in a helicopter with the other two agents.
"Did we really do the right thing?" What is that supposed to mean? Was re-killing all those zombies a BAD idea? Saving the lives of EVERYONE was wrong? Goldman jumping was his own choice. Just terrible dialogue. But, funny!
The scream is Jame's excitement for seeing Rogan
