Whenever I try to back float, my neck hurts so badly. There is no pillow, so obviously I have to try and keep my head on the surface. How can I relax my head in water?
your neck shouldn't hurt, to relax your neck, lean your head back more, getting the chin away from your chest. Although there is no pillow, the water will keep you up if you spread your weight on the water, so arms out, legs apart, and inhale a lot of air. Give this a try!
Clear instructions. Going to give it a try.
Great video i can front float easily but can’t consistently back float but determined to get it soon

Thank you I panic when I try to float but going to try this way
Thanks for the video
good video, great stuff
But my body starts sinking from between and legs comes up
The main problem I face is that water comes in through my nose a lot even when I am always holding my breath. Any way to avoid this?
Try Breath in through mouth like sipping on a straw and exhale on your nose..
@@MariaEden-sj3gq ok i will try this. Thank you
@@Akaash449 welcome,my swimming coach taught me that..hope it helps to you too
@MariaEden-sj3gq that's really great. All my coach does is look at the watch and tell me when my one hour is up for the day.😔😔
