The more you look at it, many of us suffer from anxiety and or many forms of it. Everyone goes through it a lil differently but the main thing is that "Anxiety is a real bitch" we can all agree on that.
You're not broken, you are not damaged, you're just wired differently. Everything is going to be ok.

I've grown out of my anxiety, I also changed my college, made alot of new friends, I lost my depression/anxiety. I'm also working at a part time job for money. I also go to the gym, Life is so much better now.
I used to think that I was the unlucky one but I realised that I was just worrying too much.
I was also too hard on myself, I've stopped that now too.
That's the mistake most of us do, where we think that we're unlucky but in reality were mostly just overthinking and scared.
A great way of getting rid of anxiety is to do what actually scares you, college used to scare me but I forced myself to go and now I'm no longer afraid.
I set goals for myself, and I started working towards those goals step by step. I don't worry about anything other than my goals and the loved ones in my life.
I am so incredibly grateful for the life I have right now. Thank you for asking!

Generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) is a mental health condition that causes fear, worry and a constant feeling of being overwhelmed. It’s characterized by excessive, frequent and unrealistic worry about everyday things, such as job responsibilities, health etc. Some level of anxiety is something we all experience but if it starts to make your life difficult seek help.

Having thoughts like these alone does not mean you have G.A.D or any other anxiety disorder. This video is very misleading in that way. These thoughts are normal, anxious thoughts. I see a lot of people commenting I thought everyone was this way or something like that. And yes you are right lots of people feel that way and it does not mean you have anxiety disorder it just means you are human and care what people think of you
