      For lead acid batteries with a maximum capacity of 10A / h (PB). Not suitable for car batteries.

    If you want to charge to 100%, a typical car Ca/Ca battery, you must charge it to 16.2V final voltage. Only then can the maximum electrolyte density be obtained.

      Yes, for car batteries, this may be true. But this circuit is not for car batteries. This circuit for maimum 7000mah lead acid (PB) batteries.
      100% charge voltage is 14.8V for this type of batteries. This circuit is a simple circuit. For security reasons, I limited it to 14.4V.

      Akımı 0.85R direnç ile kısıtlar. Voltajı kontrol eder. Akü dolmaya başladıkça akü voltajı yükselir, akım düşer. Akünün dolu olduğu voltaj değerine ulaştığında da röle ile gerilim kesilir. Doğru kesme voltajı 10K potans ile ayarlanarak sabitlenir.

      Bu devre seyyar kullanılan aküler için. Sürekli elektriğe bağlı aküler için değil. O yüzden akü boşalınca devreye girme özelliği yok. Otomatik şarj için biraz daha farklı bir devre yapmak lazım.

      Bu devreyi videodan önce breadboard üzerinde yapıp günlerce test ettim. İçime sindikten sonra videosunu yaptım. Bu tip şeyler biraz zaman alıyor. O yüzden direk olarak şöyle yapın diyemiyorum. Zaman ayırıp uğraşmak lazım. İleride sizin bahsettiğiniz gibi bir devrede yapmaya çalışırım ve yayınlarım.

    Analizando el diagrama, sólo tengo una observación, el LED2 siempre debe permanecer encendido verde mientras tenga la batería conectada [06:26] [07:27] o verde cuando enciende el voltaje de entrada [06:43]. Más sin embargo [07:48] enciende el LED1 rojo (y según el diagrama el LED2 verde debe estar encendido] y en tu demostración se apaga el LED2 verde. Como se muestra cuando apagas el voltaje de entrada [07:55] el LED2 verde se enciende por tener la batería conectada. Tu circuito esta correcto pero el diagrama esta mal conectado el LED2 o el relevador.

      Thanks, but there's nothing wrong with the circuit and the diagram. As shown in the video, the battery must first be connected and then the circuit must be activated.     Emek verip hazırlamışsınız elinize sağlık. Ancak beni tatmin etmeyen bazı bölümleri söylemem lazım. Öncelikle 12 V Aküyü şarj etmek için mutlaka daha yüksek giriş voltajı gerek. Trafo çıkışı yaklaşık 17 V AC olmalıydı.
    İkinci olarak devre şarj gereken aküye bağlandığında çalışacak ve şarjı tamamlandığında Role işlemini yaparak devreyi aküden ayıracaktır. İşte olay tam da bundan sonra işe yaramaz bir devre olayına dönecektir. Çünkü akü ne kadar boşalsa da tekrar devreye girmeyecektir.
    Bu hususları dikkate alarak bir cevap yazarsanız memnun olurum.

      Teşekkürler.. Öncelikle bu devre otomatik şarj özelliği sunmuyor. Otomatik kesme özelliği var sadece. Yani akü bitince devreye girmesi için tasarlanmadı. Bağımsız bir şarj aleti devresi bu. Giriş voltajı konusu ise zaten girişteki kondansatör sayesinde devrenin besleme voltajı 16-17 volta çıkıyor ve şarj sorunsuz gerçekleşiyor. Defalarca test edilmiştir.

    Pcb circuit drawing has minor error. The red and green led connections shown reverse and is wrong whereas you have placed correctly.

      I have no way of knowing where you've made a mistake. The right parts, the right connections and the right setting work smoothly.
      If everything is correct and you have adjusted the voltage as shown in the video, the battery must be connected first and then the circuit must be activated to start charging.

    Merhaba, devrede kullanılan 10uF'lık kapasitenin ve transistörün çıkışındaki 2 diyotun neden kullanıldığı hakkında bilgi verir misiniz?

      Batarya 14.4 v olduğunda kesmek için sanırım o küçük 2 diyot kapasitörde zaten doğrultma için kullanılıyor. Yani otomatik kesme için röle ye bağlı diyotlar batarya 14.4 volta ulaştığında rölenin kontakları açılıyor ve diyotlar akımı lede yönlendiriyor diğeri de buzzer devresi için olabilir.

      No, you can't use it. They have different missions. BD139 is an NPN type transistor. You can use a different NPN type transistor instead.

    Merhaba Benim rölem sizinki gibi dikdörtgen değil, 5 bacaklı kare olanlardan. Devre şemasına baktım, video hızını yavaşlattım ancak hangi bacak nereye anlayamadım. Yardımcı olabilir misiniz ? Amatörce bir soru old. farkındayım ama bir çok röle videosu izledim, çözemedim.

    commercial chargers have charging voltage 13.7 or 14.2 and it never exceeds that .... if 19V is normal, then we cant charge 12V battery via laptop chargers?????

      The voltage drops during charging. With a device that shows 13.7 volts when not connected to the battery, you cannot fully charge the PB battery. In the video I show the voltage of a commercial charger as an example. Your knowledge on this matter is not enough.

      @@Kendin-Yap Sir with due respect, how much charge will be going to drop? when you are making a video for the general public , how it woud be a acceptable that you r mentioning that 19V is normal ......
      and I m working with batteries since last 20 years ..... never heard, nor seen battery charging voltage 50% higher than the nominated .....
      ok dont want to discuss it further, its ur video, its ur channel ....
      just to warn the public if they ruin their property .....

    Devreyi çalıştırdım tsklr. Yalnız kunllandıgım buzzeri bir pc anakartından sökmüştum ikaz sesi alamıyorum bu buzzerların aktif ve pasif olanı varmış siz hangisini kullandınız benim kullandıgım aktif

      Aktif buzzer kullandım. Pasif buzzerlar direk olarak çalışmazlar. Haricen küçük bir devreye ihtiyaç duyarlar.
