Not your average eating disorder story - 34 with AN

With ED awareness week or month or whatever coming up I figured I would make a video briefly telling my story about having an ED at my age. I think it’s really important to share stories that aren’t of the norm that aren’t of teenagers or early 20s, neuro typical, able bodied, cis girls. I think it’s important to show that eating disorders have no age boundaries they have no boundaries when it comes to disability or sexual preference or gender identity.
