3 items brings my avatar to very poor and over 70k triangles the tf2 teleporters by pointless bring a quest avatar to very poor so that's fun i only really use those when I wanna show off lol

I still needa make my tutoriels on how to do it, but fun facts! 1 - you can make glitter for quest by using texture mapping with the additive vrcmobile shaider. It ends up being the same kinda glitter effect as piyomi makes, but again, for quest! 2 - you can make a paralax/panosepher effect by taking away the normals of an object and applying a matcap lit shaider, which quest users can see!! Ive make a cool space avi and an avi with a portal on it that quest users can see using this method i made ^-^ ita fun seeing their reactions to seeing something cool and new they dont see atall but pc users see often! Course theres a bit more to it that that to keep in mind, hence me wanting to make tutoriels on how to do it, but overall its quite easy ^-^ - same method as quest glitter u can even make a cool hologram strobing affect by playing with the distortian of a uv map of a texture offsetted object over a couple pixels worth of texture ^-^ I love making all my avis look the same on pc and quest, andmaking cool ways to do that ^o^ All of this while being optimised and saying like a medium or good rank

A lot of VRChat world creators are very creative, so I can imagine people can also put that creativity to avatars. Unfortunately the very poor rating might make it difficult to showcase, but if you are with friends and possibly convince people to have a go with it, then a lot of these can be fun to show off to people. If I had the skills to make something, I'd create an RPG text adventure game in my own avatar. That would be very grabbing for others.
WOW. all of these are insanely cool, but as an absolute nerd for magic in every medium (books, shows, games etc.) i must say raideus singlehandedly just converted me from never wanting to touch vrchat to seriously considering it. god i need to learn unity SO bad. 200 hours on blade and sorcery and most of it being very heavily modded has shown me how many cool things people can create and im sure avatars in vr chat could feel the same way.
Holy.. can’t wait for that floor lift asset to come out.. even just having turn into a chair when sitting is cool enough… just imagine it actually taking the texture of the floor of the world.
GPU quantum particles are amazing I've loved messing around with them for ages I will also say the creator of Quantum particles has a Patreon if anyone wants to support them they do incredible work.

While I enjoy seeing these types of things, the problem lies with the users of VRChat, who many of them abuse the animations, using them to annoy others, cause lag issues for players, or just to be jerks and not give a damn how it affects anyone else. If people would be respectful in using these, I'd be perfectly happy to see these more in world.
True. Anything has the potential to be annoying though, and some of these like the bottle of stars were designed intentionally to only impact a small area.
tbh, my favorite avatar thingy I have on one of my avatars is the boy of crayons, its literally a boy of crayons where u can grab crayons and eat them, its low poly and its extremly funny and it calms my adhd when talking to people lol
What if you made a fully protected avatar and if somebody takes the projector away your avatar will disappear that would be super cool Something like the thumbnail
Shaders are really cool to play with, recently checked out the shaderfes 2021 world and it has so many cool shaders on showcase. Also made me remember that I need a simple colourable fire aura for a VRchat avatar I wanna make, unfortunately have not found what I need online anywhere
damn i wish the kanpai asset would be a whole world. that would be cool and then the bottle of stars as sourroundings ~ but i respect that those are assets you have to pay for

When you were interviewing I Am Soul, he mentioned blocking screen shader effects. I'm not quite clear, did he mean his universe in a bottle specifically, or something else? I couldn't find anything from a cursory googling. It would be a fantastic feature for an avatar - I wonder if you can make an anti-bonkers shader that imposes 'normal-ish' vision.

Those quantum particles aren't special back when I was in vrc there was an experimental one of that called GPU particles which heavily relied on everyone's GPU that saw it to make it work.
I’d like to be able to just get a avatar without getting scammed 4 years of trying and have not found one person who wasn’t a scammer to make my avatar
I use Quest 3/Quest Pro. Index is awesome in a lot of ways, but it is getting a bit outdated compared to newer VR headsets. (Waiting for the Valve Deckard!)

The bottle of stars always get people's attention! A lot of people see it on my ear and instantly wanna pull it and get excited to see all the stars!

Mountain path would look absolutely fire with full body and special vr platform you can walk on
