As salam o alaikum Sister, even the nonmuslims and atheists are going back to the Sunnah. "Dry fasting" is a case in point. First, they were stunned by the effects of "waterfasting". Later on, the same "men of science' who claimed we must lap up bucketloads of water for "optimal health" are now finding that dryfasting is even better. I myself have witnessed seriously cool benefits of dryfasting. Hope you will give it a shot, in addition to nature's treasure honey.
My elder sister is now 60 years old. Her daily bkft-meal consist of milk, dates and honey. She is the only one in her generation who still going through her normal monthly menstrual cycle. I can say, she feels pleased with herself.
We only know the effects and benefits of it but almost have no idea how made of. Thank you bringing up the topic and remind us how important it is.
Indeed, the production of honey is a miracle in itself.
