Tried to recreate this amazing dish today. Followed the recipe to the T. It didn't turn out to be similar in terms of appearance, however, it did taste amazing. I have cooked soya Chaap many a times, nothing tasted so delicious as this particular recipe did. It was amazing. All my guests liked it. They left few minutes back n thought first thing I shud do now is to thank u.... Thanks fr making my evening special.
The best part out here is that he is not leaving any thing waste, using everything weather the left over part in the grinder or anything on the lower part of the chhalni( strainer) ... No doubts he recipe the gravy tha tandoori chaap looks amazing.... thanks mate..
