    You need to pull off the A pillar interior panels to feed those wires. I have just completed a dash cam install and the A pillar has an airbag that extends halfway up the panel to above the door roof lining. The issue with tucking it in is that they sometimes get entangled with the airbag, which makes the airbag either ineffective or dangerous in an accident. The wire becomes a whip when the airbag goes off.

    Very helpful. I have an Outlander Sport and plan to install a dash cam. It might be a similar process, but either way it's good to get the info needed before the installation. Thank you 😄

    Which fuse spots were the right ones in the end? 12 and 22? Or some other ones? Thank you for a great tutorial. I’m about to follow it.

    Hi, did you have continuous power wireing it this way? And if so, did it drain your battery?
