I wish my Sony a7s3 had descent stabilizaton too. This is why I don't like buying top range cams because 6 months later a newer, cheaper cam with way more features is launched. I think I ll hold my horses this time
Really good 👍🏻 I have the Fx6 and the original ZV1 😀 I think the ZVE1 would be a great option for me especially for holidays 😉 best cinematic greetings from germany
Hello, thank you so much for your positive feedback. We're glad to hear that you're enjoying your Sony FX6 and ZV 1 and hope you continue to enjoy it for years to come. ^Mazen
Nice video @watchluke ! :-) May I ask you something ? Which Format do you use on your videos? XAVC S4K OR XAVC HS 4K OR XAVC I 4K? And which sd card do you use? thank you in advance for your answers
When you start the USB streaming and plug it in there is a BLACK info box that covers the lower half the screen - how do you get this to go away without turning off the streaming?
This camera is really weird to me. It is a lightweight and small vlogging full frame camera BUT and this is a BIG but, there are no lightweight small lenses with around a 20-50/70 reach which is what vloggres should want. So you buy this and you have it put a tank of a lens on it to get the value out of it. The lens defeats the purpose of buying the camera in the first place.
Hi, typically an SEL2070 lens from Sony is slightly heavier (by around 80gm only) than the ZV-E1. After all, the whole kit would still be remarkably light ;) ^Mazen
Look at 11mm Sony or 10-18. They are APSC but with the dynamic stabe the crop just gives you the right view, no vignetting For other brands Tamron lenses aren't so big. I use these, no problem.

I don't think it's a reasonable argument to say the camera isn't worth getting because you might have to use a heavy lens. Every FF camera fits into this category if you want it to, and having a heavy camera isn't of any benefit - it's just heavier. Why not use a 50 f1.8? What about a Helios with an adapter for The Batman style cinematics? Anyway, about to buy this to replace my A7ii :)
Just bought the cam! Absolutely perfect. But i have a problem and cannot find any answer on the website. I use the K3M Sony Mic and without extension it does work super. But as soon as i put in the extension, my cam does not get a signal. ( cable works fine on a7iii) Would be super happy if anybody can help me !

Not as hot as one may think. In the morning definitely chilling. I used ZVE1 not only in Bali but Singapore and Malaysia too, where it's much hotter. Traveler kind of recording never gave me any heating issue. Also 20-30 minutes recording in studio zero issues.

Really unfortunate that Sony chooses to lie and ignore the fact that this camera is giving every creator overheating issue in as little as 5 minutes. Very disappointing coming from a FX3,A74,A7S etc owner@@SonyEuro
Hi Andrea, all the video where the camera is not in used was shot with the ZV-E1. Shots where the product is in use or birds eye POV were taken with a Sony A7S3 and drone respectively. ^Mazen
