Now this is a nice fantasy blade. Many "proper" smiths fail to incorporate a fantastic element or default to making a blade with "elven" decorations. This one has a fairly unique theme that makes it easy to picture it in the hands of a merfolk assassin or someone like that. The shape of the blade goes with that theme: A slim blade with a relatively fragile guard, great for gutting fish as well as sneakily slashing and stabbing in a backhanded grip, and the hilt looks like it could be utilized too in a pinch. Great job.

I had to incorporate some water somehow. I was going to cut up some fish, but just ran out of time.

That looks amazing, always so creative, that scale image from the pattern and the guard and pommel design, sorry you had that malfunction with the steel, still one of the best blades.

Very cool! Huge fan of fantasy knives. I think I’m going to like this challenge. I like that even the pattern in the blade, to me, had a shark look to it.
