Acorn Superglide 130 straight stairlift

I had a Acorn Superglide 130 straight stairlift installed for $2,864, tax free, came with 2 keys to turn off/on if kids are around and 2 remotes to have at top & bottom of stairs to remotely call/send stairlift. Max weight for this unit 350lbs, easily move to another house or to remove and sell if no longer needed. Easy to operate with safety features and swivel chair for easy exit/seating. Seatbelt, dual arm controls for left or right handed people, padded seat, foot rest with auto stop if it encounters an object or foot slips off with trouble alarm. Easy to resume once object is cleared. Perfect item.

Thanks as was curious on how the top of steps worked Re installation and/or getting on our off the lift chair. Also the electric as there is no electric outlet at the stairs. The price was very helpful.

I have acorn superglide 130 shows me an e3 error how to remove it? Anyone can say anything? The wine seems blocked but I do not know how to unblock it

I have the I30 stairlift, but it makes a screeching noise when the up down button is pressed, acorn say this is a safety feature ( which can’t be disabled ) to warn anyone in the stairs, yours doesn’t make this noise, wondered why ?

Acorn said it should just beep before moving, but mine screeches, then the engineer said this is normal, but I don’t think so any ideas
