- In this weeks Technique Tuesday I go over 3 slick sparring combos. All 3 combos are comprised of techniques that I have covered in previous episodes. have fun with these, try them out in your next sparring sesh, and don't forget to add your own little flare to them. As always, thanks for watching.
Combo #1: Front Kick (front or back leg), Jab, Cross
Combo #2: Shuffle Jab, Round Kick (front leg), Cross
Combo #3: Cross, Lead Hand Hook, Roundhouse/Question Mark Kick

0:50 body front kick, fake front kick, 1-2
2:20 shuffle jab, front roundhouse kick, straight cross punch + level change
5:00 cross, lead hook, rear roundhouse kick + level change

I actually do that every other day at the gym (front kick then jab / cross). Pretty cool. I doubt it's technically perfect the way I do it but it's starting to feel more comfortable the more I do it. Didn't expect a video showing the same thing. I must have remembered it from earlier martial arts classes I took over 10 years ago.

Great video love combos techniques,front kick low followed by the jab cross works so often although I like to use right hook afterwards,wonderboy combos so good because mixes them up,but can’t believe didn’t have jab to sidekick in there,and amazing he got stipe miocic to hold the pads for him

This one was VERY helpful for me! I can't get my leg up high enough to throw the round kick to the head, I can barely do a round kick to the body hahaha (not very flexible) but that snapping front kick to the body is gonna work like a charm plus the fake of it into the 1 2 was glorious, also love the straight to the body lead hook to the head combo, i can just end with a round kick to the leg instead. Thanks for the insight Wonderboy, you the man!

I just used variation of that 3rd technique in my sparring today, jab to the face, cross to the body, hook up stares, jumping roundhouse to the body, shit felt so good, Wonderboy is the man

We 80’s kids sure love Dragon ball Z. I watched it before school every single day. And after school me and my friends held our own tournaments. A lot of black eyes and bruises, but what great times it were. Seeing my boy doing the same now is awesome, all just a little bit of history repeating.
