I believe if he is born there and if he spent more than 6 months there in the past 10 years then he would need a police check. Yes you would need to scan the whole passport that has stamps, visas or any markings

Yes I had a lot of queries from people on this topic. As per me, I submitted my chats as is(that were in a different language) and saw no problem in processing. However, if having them translated does not bother you or take too much of your time then for sure you should have it translated. It wouldn't do any harm anyways. And make sure to have it notarized as well. Good luck.

I have a question, to mail the forms the government does not specify how to mail, just give you the address where to send the forms, so my question is does it have any particular envelope ( like the mesurements of the envelope), what stamp should I put it in the envelope... and so on...? It doesn't have to be a specific envelope, any any measurement works , as long as everything your sending fits into one whole big envelope, you're good. Regarding the label, you can mention all the basic info of sender and receiver and Inland/Outland Sponsorship.

If he hasn't stayed there for more than 6months and if he crosses it for work purposes then it does not need to be shown. Moreover, you can add an explanation letter just to be on the safe side.
It should be pretty much everything except what's supplied by a foreign country. For ex. her main PCC will be issued from Canada along with any other countries she have been to.

The sponsor doesn't necessarily need to be employed to be able to sponsor but these things does matter on a broader scale. Also, the sponsor is deemed responsible for taking care of the applicant FINANCIALLY, once they land in Canada.

That is actually a tricky question. As per my understanding, being under debt consolidation has high chance of getting disqualified to sponsor. But I will suggest to contact an immigration lawyer to help you fully understand the limitations on this topic.

Yes you can but this video is about sponsoring spouse on a PR for which you have to be a permanent resident yourself. Regarding OWP I believe not having pay stubs and lesser time spent in Canada could be a hindrance in the application. I'll suggest you to consult with an immigration representative to have a clear idea on this.

I don't think there's a need to write a Sponsorship letter, but if your representative persists you can go ahead. Your birth/marriage certificate, educational documents, any supportive letter and anything that is not legally backed up need to be notarized.

Of course you can do that....but don't forget to attach an explanation letter just in case, you never know, explaining why its on a Word file. Also it saves you alot of time because hand writing on each and every photo is very cumbersome and time consuming.

You don't necessarily have to upload all the chats from these platforms. Just pick some relevant chats that shows love among you both. And I believe native language is absolutely fine as long as the alphabets are itself is in English. I submitted the same way. But if the alphabets used are other than English then you might need translation.
I don't think LIC is related to opening a joint bank account . You can still show it as an additional proof in your application. But open up a mutual bank account as well would really help.

You will require to be a PR to go for spousal sponsorship PR. Or else, you can apply for their visitor visa or SOWP.

I will suggest you to first accumulate your work experience in Canada along with all other tax information because these are a must before you plan to apply for sponsorship.

Correction. Police clearance certificate is required for every country you've stayed for more than 90 days. Less than 90Days, no Police clearance certificate is required.

It shouldn't matter. You can get your PCC after marriage but make sure you attach an explanation letter along.

Electronic signature should work....given that its very much hard today to get it physically signed. But I'll suggest you to please confirm it from an immigration representative as well....Also please don't forget to like, Subscribe and share.

Back in Feb 2020, couriers were operational at full capacity, so i had her physical signatures on the file.

The sponsor doesn't necessarily need to be employed to be able to sponsor but these things does matter on a broader scale. Also, the sponsor is deemed responsible for taking care of the applicant FINANCIALLY, once they land in Canada.

A passport is a must. Any expired document including passport must be renewed before going ahead with the application.

That is actually a tricky question. As per my understanding, being under debt consolidation has high chance of getting disqualified to sponsor. But I will suggest to contact an immigration lawyer to help you fully understand the limitations on this topic.

Nothing much to worry about. But make sure your passport's signature match with the ones on the forms and marriage certificate ofcourse.

Yes you can but this video is about sponsoring spouse on a PR for which you have to be a permanent resident yourself. Regarding OWP I believe not having pay stubs and lesser time spent in Canada could be a hindrance in the application. I'll suggest you to consult with an immigration representative to have a clear idea on this.

I don't think there's a need to write a Sponsorship letter, but if your representative persists you can go ahead. Your birth/marriage certificate, educational documents, any supportive letter and anything that is not legally backed up need to be notarized.
where can we put all the travels that we went for the last 10 years? is this for the sponsor or applicant?

I got my wife issue a new passport with my last name and filled up spouse name for higher chances of approval

@@yourCanadianDesi I have photos in my drive but unfortunately none of the photo places are functioning due to the lockdown .. hence I thought I could put each image In a word document and then provide a description .. can I do it brother ? Thanks for your response btw
Of course you can do that....but don't forget to attach an explanation letter just in case, you never know, explaining why its on a Word file. Also it saves you alot of time because hand writing on each and every photo is very cumbersome and time consuming.

2) our native language is not english, so almost all our chats are in language other than english, can you please answer if the chats have to be specifically in english ? Or chats in native language is ok.

You don't necessarily have to upload all the chats from these platforms. Just pick some relevant chats that shows love among you both. And I believe native language is absolutely fine as long as the alphabets are itself is in English. I submitted the same way. But if the alphabets used are other than English then you might need translation.

You can apply either way, online or paper-based. A couple months ago it was only paper-based.

I don't think LIC is related to opening a joint bank account . You can still show it as an additional proof in your application. But open up a mutual bank account as well would really help.

while applying for PR under FSW many agents suggested me to arrange number of docs but I applied myself with bare minimum required by IRCC and received my PR without any problems
I think the agents have created an atmosphere and made it look impossible to get canadian PR and we all are following them blindly including you sir
