Some of us, there is no other choice.
Since transitioning from Uber (60hrs online a week) to Private (it took 4 months) I earn twice as much money, drive half the miles, spend half as much on gas, maintenance, repairs and depreciation and spend only 24hrs a week doing it.
Same here. It helps when you live amongst million dollar homeowners. I do!
@@erik7747 I’ve done it now in 2 distinctively different locations. In San Diego ca and a small town in NW Florida. I see it as a neighborhood centric business which makes it much less dependent on major markets.
Do you open your own Ride and share business or what you do ?
@@AK-Zawi for the first month I used Uber to get clients by turning on my Uber app at home and waited for a ride. Of course because I was at home I picked up a neighbor. After I dropped off the ride and gave them my number I would turn Uber off and head home again. When I got home I turned on the Uber app and repeated the process. I got 5 clients this way, all my neighbors. These 5 I turned into 50 by providing great service so they referred their friends to me (also my neighbors). Now I never turn on the Uber app.
@@AK-Zawi I drive a Toyota Avalon Hybrid and market private rides to LAX and all other airports cruise terminals and special events. I average $50 to $60 an hr when I do 1 private airport trip and then UBER home or to the airport. If I have a dropoff and then a pickup I make $100 an hr.
I remember how I learned from this guy back in 2019 when he drove 90 hours, completed 275 rides and made $3k in a week. Those days are gone, smh.
That is alot of hours. I say it can still be done at least close to it.
@Colomchile homey, I know one Vet Driver who drove 125 hours a week and made 200k in a year 😂😂😅

Awesome advice!!! I like the day trade advice too. Excellent way to make money if you know what you’re doing.
If you can’t wait to stop doing what you’re doing for work at the end of each day, it might be time to find something else to do. Which is why I do a lot of different things to earn a living. I like doing them all and it’s nice to be able to switch it out.
Brother man I appreciated what you had to say. I feel the same way. 4 and a half years Im at 8,521 rides and delieveries combined.
There are so many drivers doing 12 to 15 hours a day seven days a week 365 days a year absolutely killing their bodies…
