Love the Neon Green! Almost like my Apple Green on my Kandi America Trail King MT750. Weather in Iowa is finally getting cooler, on my commute to work this morning; temp was in the mid 50's!
I found that the DJI 2 mic picked up to much background noise, that’s why I use the DJI 1 audio file over the 2 but I haven’t downloaded the latest update
7:14 am would be really cold here today! I think our high today is 72 degrees. Wow. Very nice week. I hope to get out about 1pm. I ordered groceries this morning and they are delivered to my house. That is a service that I really love. Your neon green bike; your claim to fame. Oh, I am excited to see the new Magicycle Deer however I do not want a cadence sensor.
Russ have you heard of a wireless mic system called Godox Magic XT-1. Curious on your thoughts of the stystem. It is a budget mic so not sure of the performance.
Have a great trip to your sister’s then Las Vegas. It should be nice out there weather wise. That driver in the white car is scary. Yep, we have to really have to be careful for ourselves. It seems one of those streets should have had a stop sign.
Hey Russ glad you're getting the new Magicycle Deer w/torque/cadance sensors in the new pretty blue color! I haven't had the ambition to make videos though. I've been encouraged to do so even with an incentive of a GoPro being provided. With a gift of gab, my language may be sensored....alot🤣plus would need to be educated on audio equipment to do it right. I enjoy the peace and solitude of an ebike ride listening to music and when finsihed, YB vidoes like your channel. It's more entertaining!
The road constructior on that street was terrible, there were trucks and workers at the time I rode through. As far as your audio, I'm the wrong person to ask my crappy hearing can't tell the difference. 😊Thanks for the video.
They replaced the local school buses at the local district with electric, so now each morning I hear this weird sounding jet engine when the buses pull off. I understand that they want a sound so you can hear the bus coming but a jet engine???? Why not select one of the melodies from the ice cream truck 😃
I started out with GoPro knock offs stabilization was awful so those were very short-lived moved on to GoPros then I moved onto DJI action cameras which are much better for the riding, I bought two Sony the cameras for garage work as and now use a Panasonic HC-X1500 for studio work a long with a DJI pocket 3 for B roll between cameras, lighting, and computers. I probably have 10 grand invested.😂 at least
As an amateur audiophile, would rather spend $$$ for sharp, clear sound rather than skimp on so/so. IMO...If your main focus(nyuk, nyuk) is big $$$ on video, why would you want to short-change your audio. Personally, i can put up w/halfway decent video footage(except for Exceedingly shaky footage, like handheld cell phones or action/video cams) Eye guess my background operating 24/32ch sound systems >20+ years...Solo for 500 cap. church services..deems me an "audio snob!"-lol...Mahalo, Russ...Stay Safe Ride Safer...Keep the rubber to the macadam!
I have no interest in making videos, but I have thought about having an action cam just as a dash cam sort of thing. People are such liars a lot of the time, so in the event of an accident, it could be nice having footage showing what happened. I haven’t bit the bullet yet as unlike a dash cam in the car, it is an extra step putting it on and keeping it charged and whatnot. The one in my car, once it’s installed you really don’t have to think about it anymore, it takes care of itself and the footage is there if you want it, otherwise it just keeps recording over footage you don’t care about.
@@RussIsRight yeah, I’ve seen those but I ride multiple PEVs and none of them have USB ports and in the case of the electric unicycles I’d knock into the camera all the time if I mounted it on one. I’d just put something on my helmet.
Thanks for bringing us high quality video and audio. Your videos and some of the best on TH-cam!
Thanks!

I see the leaves dropping already. Nice video.
Mornings are getting colder but during the day is still rather hot in some areas.

At 7:14 it was 47 degrees here

I have heard of it but have not tried it, so I have no options one way or the other.

Sounds great! Which watch are you wearing in this video ?
It is the Bearscome Max 1.

Not sure the blue color will be immediately available on the 26” Deer 2.0. Will have to wait and see.

The bike noise on this video was quite loud, at times it sounded like a bunch of bees. Noise reduction is not recognizing the noise.
Don’t worry. I switched back to the old audio system in upcoming rides.

I think I saw something that was made for motorcycle and bike use.
