Renzo, you really show some of the nicest homes. This is a beautiful home. That’s not a master closet that’s a department store. 😂😂😂. So nice and big, I love it!!! Why don’t they put the closet door separate from the bathroom though? Especially without a shower door all that humidity and steam reaches the clothes. And still hate that the default is that ugly germ loving carpet. Love that outdoor space. Have ever mentioned the cost of storm shutters? Are they available from the builder?
Before considering a move to St. Cloud, check the crime statistics, traffic reports, etc. There are plenty of online communities that discuss life in St. Cloud and real-time issues residents are facing. Like every city, it has its problems; just do your research to know what you are moving into.
I use to live in St Cloud and it was way cheaper there back then when I was 19 but all it had was one store called Piggly wiggly and no lakes near my parents home they had over an acre and the weather is better in Clermont and is this cheaper than Clermont?

Ocala is definitely more affordable and you get more house and land for your buck than what's shown in this video.

When the humidity is 80% and it’s 100 degrees darn near 6 months out of the year, yes you are correct no one what’s to cut grass. We also need irrigation that’s costly, all the bug, ant and fertilizers, then if you get someone to mow that’s $100-120. Grass is crap! Lake Nona is over populated with bumper to bumper traffic, Saint Cloud is getting that way now. I would move to Ocala but give that another 10 years and it will be overcrowded too.
My husband and I both were born and raised and still live in Osceola County Florida which Saint Cloud is in. It has nothing to do with mowing grass lol the developers and builders want to stack houses in as many places as possible so they can make the most money. This place was once Beautiful now it’s congested and crime ridden. If you can’t speak Spanish it’s hard to do business here. Looking to get out of the area as soon as we can.
You are so correct. It’s sad what’s happening to that area. I remember when it was a two lane road all the way and county. Now they just build and stack houses. When Disney said they were not going to build that campus I kept saying great! That I can assure you the residents don’t want or need 2000+ more people.
It depends on where in FL you buy a home. For example, most homes in Ocala FL you get very decent yard space. I have a double lot and can fit a whole extra house in my back yard!
