Regarding Pin 4 (DTC, Dead Time Control, used for slow start mostly) according to the Datasheet the 0% Duty Threshold is between 2.8 and 3.3Vmax(it depends on the Brand of the Chip too, OnSemi, TI,etc.), so 1V to at least 2.5V is a Working Condition, just lower Duty Cycle.

Hello, I have an amplifier for a car subwoofer (JBL BASSPRO MICRO). Subwoofer power on light is on, but no sound is playing. TL494 is used there, the values of all pins are ok, but I have 4.9V on pin no.4. Any ideas? Unfortunately, google didn't find me a schematic for this car amp.

Minha fonte possui a mesma configuração, porém ao ligar, ela possui 12v na saída, mas ao ligar qualquer lampada de 21w automotiva, há um ruido que vem do transformador principal e a tensão cai para 3v. O que pode ser? Nao há amperagem na saida. Pode ser o ka7500? Posso colocar o TL 494 no lugar do ka7500?

How can i control the voltage and current separately on this kind of power supply to make a bench lab power supply? Thanks again.

we must try to cooenct minimum number in prallel as per requirement load current must be less the 70% of the total of current value (connected in parallel configuration) it will allow a safe operation
Sir, in the same SMPS with KA7500 IC, Voltage is dropping from 12V to 1V when load is applied. I've re-soldered the shunt resistors. When voltage dropped on load, pin16 of IC, still had 0V. So OCP not activated. I have replaced resonant capacitor, VCC capacitor, Both DC bulk capacitors, output capacitors, IC and preset. Everything else seems okay but still voltage drops even on connecting a 10W load... Please suggest a way out ..🙏

I connected, 3 nos powersupply 5v 40A, but current drawing up to 40A only.
I have these same powersupply .when applying load the 12 v ,5v ,11v @ vcc of ic will drop to 1 to 2 volts.what is the problem.where did i check ?
