Fantastic video! Every time I see that heavy crane sitting out on the end like that I have to wonder how that is even possible! It’s a testament to the engineers and tradespeople building this iconic Structure!
Another awesome video Michael. This is the one I've been hoping you'd show....... almost. You stopped before the new beam was "seated". I hope there's more!
I had to change out the battery. If I wasn’t over water, I would have pushed it but I didn’t want to lose the drone. The long version will be up this morning at 10 am eastern time.
I think a lot of people expect to see hundreds of workers straining and pounding and lifting, but the amazing thing is that the whole thing is being erected by a few dozen experts....these guys are repeating the same task over and over till completion. I know it might seem slow to some but that is the way to do it...steady as she goes.
Certainly a revealing video. WOW the pucker factor in the placement of these critical components is beyond words. I have to agree one of the best yet. Naturally, I would not expect you to be camped down there so this is a luckey moment. Thanks as always GREAT WORK!
Excellent!!! Love watching this!!!! It's so exciting..... From The Motor City, where we can't wait for it to be done... It's going to beautiful, great job, everybody!!!! 💪💪👍👍👏👏...
And then they stopped... too much progress, so someone said; "Cut it out, guys - you are speeding things up! We can't have that, stop for a while and slow things down or we will get ahead of the planned delays and cost overruns." (Those are American and Canadian traditions, as we all know). 🤭
Thanks!
Wow! Thank you very, very much Sue for your kind Super Thanks!
Best one ever, thanks for showing actual construction of the bridge and not just fly overs.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Well well well…finally some actual bridge construction during the fact and not after…thank you
Yo, where's Adrian?
Nice!
Thanks! 🙏
Thanks so much for being at the right place at the right time. I agree, this is one of you best videos.
Thanks Paul! ✌️

I keep trying to envision a hundred semi-trucks on the bridge.
I think about that too. All that weight with just those cables holding it all up.
@@refichI’m envisioning walking across…

Thanks 👍
Nice !…..waiting for “part 2”. 👍🍁🤙
Tomorrow morning at 10 am...
How much farther to go until the sides meet? It would be neat if they had a ceremony and party!
I’m predicting there will be more fleshy politicians than bridge workers for the cake & ribbon cutting.😂
