Wow, awesome review with an arguably even more awesome bike! Gotta say, its looks don't do it justice. With the looks of the tame NC750, but with a racy V-4 engine, this bike definitely is not slow. Also, of course the engine guzzles oil lah, this is a racing engine XD Actually this generation VFR800x has an engine derived from the RC45 sports bike, which in turn draws its lineage from the sweetest looking sports bike, the RC30, which of course traces its roots back to the VF750 Magna, which originally came out in 1982 and was one of the first few production V4 engines. Also, damn that exhaust sound is *chef's kiss*. Interesting thing to note is that the early generation VFR800 interceptor was one of the first bikes fitted with VTEC, followed by the super four.
The VFR series represents Honda's commitment to the V4 engine, and includes legendary models such as the RVF400, the VF750F interceptor and of course Honda's current motoGP RC213V. Currently Honda is the only Japanese manufacturer to still produce a bike with a V-4, though that will soon change. Honda Japan has announced that the VFR series, including the VFR800 line and the VFR1200 line will, be discontinued starting from next year. So it won't be long before the Japanese V-4 goes extinct on our roads, only to be outlived by the fancy italian V-4s (looking at you, Aprilia and Ducati -.-). So those who still have a V-4 bike, please treasure them while they are still around!

I just realise there this 2stroke bike beta 200rr, is kinda rare seeing people on this bike and more interesting its a fuel injection 2stroke bike, would be nice if can review this modern bike + old tech

It's the only Honda I've actually liked and that has any soul since the early 80's CX500.
I've had 60 bikes and I can honestly say this bike IS different to other Honda's.
It's quirky and isn't perfect which is what I like.
I don't like bland bikes.

nice to see the owners reviews are back. crossrunner is a super nice bike. Farhan your bike is SOHC so definitely won't be as fast, but maintenance is cheaper
