Hello, as far as I know they require PSA birth certificate.
Hi po! In sending the final application, did you put the original separately from the photocopies? Is the original copies is in the return mail envelope?
Hi..I didn't separate my original copies and photocopies. Just put stickers on the side of the papers which either original or photocopies so it's easy to recognize. The original copies will be in the return mail envelope once they send it back to you.

My wife and I are trying to move to the Philippines this year and she has an expired passport. To provide documentation for a name change we need to first file a delayed report of marriage. If it takes 6-12 months for them to have it in the system can we use the returned ROM as proof for my wife's passport renewal?
Yes, you can use the returned ROM and provide 1 photocopy of it.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, it indicates the signature for delayed registration is in Houston. Does it have to be signed in Houston?

Sis ask ko lang kun notify ka ba ng PCG Houston kung received na nila ung package mo for report of marriage nag send kasi ako 1 week na wala ako balita kung anu na update pero upon tracking sa mail na delivered na.

3 to 4 weeks ang processing nila. Dependi sa State. After 3 weeks If wla pa email mo na lang ang Consulate.

Besides the original Marriage Certificate, is there any letter of acknowledgment or any document that the Consulate General will give you back? Proof of registration of Marriage, perhaps? Thanks.
They will give you back one Report of Marriage form you filled out as a proof with OR no.
And also they will send you back some photocopies of documents. Thanks

@@czarjericho No problem, Yes take forever.I have a friend who waited 8 months before she got her PSA Marriage Certificate. I guess you need that for your Spousal Visa. One big proof.
@@analierider4010 Yes, it is the recommendation of my immigration lawyer, so I'd rather wait for that before filing for the spousal visa.
Hello po ask ko lng po ba. There is question #15 on the Philippine ROM that requests: "Title and Office of Solemnizing Official/Accepting Authority." Is this the licensing authority of the officiant, the Registrar of the County where the marriage is recorded, or the church where I get married po? Thanks
Hi po. #15 is the title of the person who perform your wedding ceremony.

No worries sis. Person's Title po ng nagpakasal sa inyu..example sa akin si William D. Landy yan so nilagay ko 14 tapos sa 15 yung Title nya or nilagay ko Associate Pastor. Anyway, pwde mo tanungin yung nagpakasal sa inyu kung ano Title nya Pastor, Priest, minister ba.🙂

I didnt order it yet, but what I found through research can takes 8 months up to 1 year before you get the actual Philippines Cert of Marriage through online order.
