Everything about this car is amazing, so many details, so many attentions to all those details, the story of the car, the guys that built it, and this interview also is perfect, thanks for travelling the world to show it to the world 😁 I would be very happy to see it at SEMA, it belongs there
What a crazy build, proper PIMP MY RIDE car ;) It's not my kind of EV conversion I'm more for resto-mod EV conversions but still just amazing what they build, great video :)
This is truly a fantastic build. Congratulations to the team of friends who created this amazing display of art and engineering. Of course, I would love to see more examples like this on the channel. Keep up the great work. Love to all.❤
That really is a nice concept. The interior of a first gen smart feels similar, with the huge windshield, but a Polo drives more comfy. This combined with electric drive could be a bestseller, in a perfect world.
I cant say anything new about this car, its all been said. Shame I missed the show this year, loved every version of this car, but now its been changed to its current guise, its beyond perfect.
@@jeromeandre4915 Well, Renault, Peugeot and Audi did have fully electric or plugin hybrids all the way back in the 80s/90s even if in low numbers and with DC motors. There are also plenty of DC motor conversions from around that time all around to be found on evalbum ;) Not many can match the diy inverter and AC motor of Eric of course, especially before 2008.
I love the design. Designwise it looks futuristic while beeing a polo. Only slight out of concept to me is the rims, they look too old fashioned for the new designs
to make something so great and so interesting and claim it to be a porsche, but use a 90s polo body seems a real waste. it ends up looking more like a chavved up polo than a car of such quality/
Honestly this car can be displayed at the sema show. The level of work and detail is amazing.
and and it was built 10 years ago!
This is cleaner than most cars you actually see at Sema.

Julien. THE CORNER OF FAME 👌
Unbelievable! I'd love to know more about the manufacture of those headlights and tail lights
They worked with an OEM supplyer to print all the components including the clear part
Complètement folle cette voiture c'est incroyable ! Le mec a l'air français ? Pourquoi on ne la voit pas ici ?
What cool details. Like the flat floor you only recognize it when he is talking about it

thanks and indeed it does!
yes, but regular door handles bothers not fit there - shuld be electronic like in cybertruck or flushed
@@duniek86Porsches use the door handles from an audi tt tho
@@MR.JUSTCODthis is is smart ev in polo shell with some porsche parts and also some custom parts - so even tesla handles will with in the concept ;)
Magnifique 👌
I've been to many car shows and I've never seen anything like this. Very cool car!
Amazing concept car. These guys should build on commission!
Amazing car.

Wow! This thing looks absolutely amazing!
I spend my eyes on it for hours
This car wasn’t finished recently I remember it in car mags a decade ago
absolutely, but it is still a stunner today!

7:45 - You haven't heard about Eric Tischer?? One of the o.g. Tesla drivetrain engineers who swapped his Passat in 2008 !
Of course dude, but In europe no one was doing anything like it.

What a cool car. How is it even possible for normal people to produce a windscreen like this?
Hello, I'm Borat and today I'm at a car show

the car is a tribute to their friend who had a custom Polo. Now you know
