I like how this place isn't on the highest floor. It allows the surrounding buildings to really tower over you instead of making everything look like ants.
I Get That... Having outdoor Space is an Overriding Factor if I had to choose Between living 70 Stories up with No Terrance or 20 Stories Up with Similar Location with Views.
Those are the best views. It feels more dynamic, dramatic, and alive. The ant view where you feel like you're in an airplane is kind of boring and overrated. The biggest issue though might be privacy.
❤I love the Luxuriousness of this condo/Home this is one my kind of luxury living it's very beautiful it will take you off in another Oasis that you never been before relaxing and cozy this is what I like. Thank You!
I hate how every tennant above you can look down on you in your pool area. The feeling of privacy is lost there. I also hate that live plant wall. What is that? That would have to go. Other than that, the place is sick, but considering what you can get in Streatorville and the Gold Coast and Lincoln Park and out in the burbs for much less money than $8mill, I'd be hard presssed to purchase that if I had that kind of money to spend on a place. They would have to come up with and build like a giant privacy pergola over that entire pool area/outdoor deck, because nobody is going to want everyone be able to look down on them like that if they spend 8million. That why penthouses are usually on the very top floor.
@@RealEstateSherpa I don't know all inventory--- but I am willing to bet there are a couple of other condos with a private pool in the entire city. If only one, the penthouse at 9 W Walton has a private rooftop pool.
@@RealEstateSherpa Your statement in the video was "it's the only condo in Chicago with a private pool." The condo at 9 W Walton didn't suddenly come to existence 53 days ago... the building is like 5-6 years old. So when the listing came on the market isn't relevant. This is great unit and pools are certainly very rare, leave it at that. Don't overly broker babble it with non-truths. I guarantee there are at least a couple other developer condos or units that never were on the open market that have a pool and even if there aren't. 9 W Walton existing makes the statement inaccurate.

John Hancock has highest floor level of swimming pool
@@bobtorres7949is it outdoors, no.

I don't want office drones watching me bed down young women in the pool.
Whoever edited this, did a very nice job.
thank you
The jump cut at 2:19 was in incredible more condos more videos longer videos
Incredible unit, that part where the video goes around the building and shows the seating area is wow!
This looks like the social / amenity floor of most luxury buildings. Especially bc it is on such a low floor

Stunning.
When Vince snapped his fingers to bring on the Night, he truly revealed that he is a God among Realtors.
Namaste 🙏🏻
Little known fact: that scene was not edited. I plugged “The Snapper” into The Sun right before we shot that.
Stunning!
Great video! Love the apartment!
Chicago is nice but it gets too cold in the winter times...and expensive as well 😊..but who cares. Right?? You got it you HAVE it to spend ...😂😊❤❤❤
I'm going to buy this place if I can hit this mega millions tomorrow lg
That’s the trade off for having 7200SF of outdoor space which exists because it’s over the garage.
I love this
What music was used?
Is this incredible property still on the market?
such a nice condo 😍
stunning!
If SPIDER-MAN Had A Rich Girlfriend In CHICAGO, This Is Where She'd Live.😁
This is nice!!!
I'd Say It's EPIC, Far Greater Than Nice... IjS.😉
🎉lets get serious ready,,
How much is the apartment

Can i buy an apartment in 40 huron street
Nice.
The description state that the unit has 13 foot ceilings, but in the video you state the the ceilings are 12 feet. Which is it?
13 in a couple places but I said 12 on the video to be conservative. Updated description for you :).
@@RealEstateSherpa Thank you very much for your honesty and the quick reply.
@@RealEstateSherpa Is this a pocket listing? Is it available for sale at all? I can't find it anywhere.
Never mind, I found it.
12.5 feet
How private is did pool!
Something tells me this was originally planned as the amenities floor for all residents but then scrapped and repurposed as an additional condo …
And the only apartment with an ice rink during the cold Chicago winter months...
The pool is heated year-round
Does this condo have any kind of curtains or shades because people will be looking in from other buildings😢
Yep. Power shades on every window.
It be great if this was available 🤦🏽♀️ since the algorithm presented to me!
It IS available.
10 E.Ontario hasnine before this condo
That’s a pool for ALL residents. This is a private pool just for this unit owner.
😍
God bless 🇺🇸
My Gawd ❤
It master suite, not "primary suite."
There isn't any cabinet space in the kitchen I don't like that.
There’s a butler’s pantry with a ton of storage on the other side of the refrigerator and freezer.
Not digging the lower floor. It would feel like living in a fish bowl on display for all your neighbors to me. No privacy.
It’s Chicago. You cannot escape the eyes of your neighbors
Thats not true 10 E.Ontario State St. CONDOS ALL OVER Gold Coast lots all over downtown 😉 🙄
Those are pools everyone has access to. This is a private pool for this condo owner exclusively.
@@RealEstateSherpaand it’s outside.

@@MC-ig3ug that 9 w Walton listing came on the market 53 days ago. Look at the date on the post of this property above.
