Yesterday, I got in a rush and was low on funds and decided to hack 7 inches off my hair. I used pictures and thought it was enough. I ended up looking like an escaped mental patient. Today, I found this. I took a chance followed directions, and I have to thank you so very much. It turned my hack job into a very nice cut. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
In the time of covid-19 & needing your spouse to trim your pixie, this is so incredibly needed and appreciated. Thank you for clear instructions so my trim doesn't end up in an argument! 😆

I am sure that some woman would gladly volunteer to have that haircut and would be happier and more grateful than plastic head. Is there some reason you (and others) rather use mannequin head than live person? I mean- each head cost money, right?

Mannequins don't talk or complain lol
You can get alot of haircuts out of one head and this can even be a few men's cuts afterwards. You can't depend on other people to practice unless you wanna look like you got your hair cut at Walmart haha
Your questioning is actually interesting, i never thought why he doesn’t use models vs dolls heads (the ones he uses are quite expensive) I’d like to know his thinking behind this.

Marlene Maharaj hair grows back. Some salons will actually ask that you DON'T pay if you don't like the cut. It even they won't make you pay if you don't like it.

Hello. Beautiful haircut. What haircut can I give to a woman who has little hair?
Do you have a video with a similar haircut but with longer layers? I went to the salon and the lady couldn't understand what I wanted. It was frustrating. I went back for her to fix it and she gave me more layers and shortened my hair in the front a little but still didn't get the fact that I wanted heavy layering. When I get a curt like this it usually styles itself. My current cut is just really long boring layers. I asked her to thin my hair out with layers and I'm just so frustrated I paid so much to get such a boring cut with no texture.
Can you do a video of the way you hold your shears from the back?
