One lingering question I have that I have never heard a convincing answer for is why is ADHD so prevalent? It’s got to be the same answer as why is diabetes on the rise? Or why is obesity so ubiquitous? It’s food, and chemicals. I refuse to believe that 200 years ago when he didn’t have fruitloops, McDonald’s and Coke, they had swathes of children with adhd and diabetes. My child is suspected of having ADHD and i am super apprehensive about putting him on medication. It’s just a bandaid solution with possibly dire consequences. Food and counselling seems like the best method going forwards

You will want to use a non-dairy yogurt, however ghee is clarified butter that has been strained and all of the milk solids have been removed. I find most kids are ok with ghee as it is the least reactive and best digested. If we believe a deeper sensitivity or allergy then that is a different story. Anything containing either wheat, barley, rye or oats. Don't do "gluten-free" oats please. Too much controversy around them. Not worth the risk. These grains are found in everything from kids playdough, ground pepper, sauces, spices, as well as obviously bread/pasta/baked goods. You need to start reading labels but learn not to trust them.

Hi, Is yogurt and clarified butter(ghee) bad as well? Because they are dairy but they are known for anti-inflammatory.

change her diet first.
What do you recommend to replace dairy with? Ripple milk - is harmful with their ingredients
I do like brands like Elmhurst, Forager, or Malk as they have pretty clean versions of non-dairy milk.
Eventually you just learn to do without... not so hard really. it
Why all docs 1st with meds
That can be frustrating for sure!
The pharmaceutical companies want to make money...
It's sad that these kids were used as test dummies. So all of these damages are done to these children
