      Dr one question please
Is it true that when you first quit the ADHD medications it's so hard
But I have noticed from all the successful stories from people like you that one of the main ways to manage ADHD is to be organised
I have a notebook with me attached to the cell phone
I mean is it true its hard at first but then it will be the best decision to make ?????

    Too many aspects not spoken.
Number 1 problem in adults: taking the first step even with good life changing factors.
So exercise, healthy shopping and cooking, social initiatives and communications, taking care of basical burocracy, ecc...
All these are on hold due to overwhelming emotional and intellectual stress and bad sleep. The circle is vicious.
So, first triggers that work for me:
(from bed going outside), morning light + short walking followed by simple exercise and cold showers. Protein breakfast with fiber.
Evening: natural sunset light till darkness.

@@jayb2175 the keto recommendation is the worst advice for someone with add. Starving yourself is never a good idea. Fasting occasionally I get, but putting your body into a constant state of ketosis makes no sense at all.
It's just another modern fad. That's all.

I don’t understand not treating them with out medications as adhd is an executive function disorder.Hiring people to help with the things that make it difficult for people with ADHD isn’t an option for the majority of people.200-500$ a month is so far outside the realm of possibility for most people. It’s not a “small” investment. It’s a huge chunk of many peoples monthly budget and completely undoable. Especially given that so many people with ADHD go undiagnosed , and tend to be lower income.
Exercise and changing routines are helpful however having adhd makes it very difficult to even get to that point.
Food won’t cure it, it will take the edge off but it don’t properly treat your adhd.
Fasting with adhd? Many people with adhd already have issues staying on track with eating.
And sleeping. If you’re tired, and hungry, your brain function isn’t going to be optimal.
This is so full of privilege it’s bonkers like wtf
