I love how you make 2 videos for every recipe; a shorter one and a long one. As someone who does not know how to cook, i prefer to watch the longer video. It's very detailed and easier for me to understand. Please keep doing more.!

I always make chicken stock with thighs, they are more flavoursome than breast...and cook longer than 20 minutes, that's how you get more tenderness and taste, just a suggestion though! This reminds me of Soto ayam soup in Bali.
I like how the video was well edited, very professional, crisp clear and makes me wanna try it myself, however had to fast forward quite a few times as there were parts I find unnecessary long for me.
