- How To Cook Chicken Sotanghon Soup
INGREDIENTS:
6 cloves Garlic, chopped
2 medium Onion, sliced
1/2 kilo Chicken Breast (pre-cooked), shredded
3 tbsp Fish Sauce (Patis)
2 tbsp Chicken Powder (or 2 Chicken Bouillon)
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 cup Green Beans, sliced
1/2 cup Celery, chopped
1 medium Carrot, strips
3 tbsp Atsuete Seeds
2 Liters Water (hot)
