Erin, I do not watch your content often, but I typed in "when should an influencer hire a manager?' and your video popped up. At least I know you're a trusted source and I'm so happy to be here for this video. I'm overwhelmed with my emails, whatsapp messages, IG, TT messages for brand collabs. I have an assistant, but Just need advise on my next move.
"I also felt like brands had more respect when I had a manager." ........ I've been thinking about that part for a while. I guess my take on that is that it's probably because it sounds more professional to say you have a manager. Instead of you doing it, yourself. That might be part of why that was the case. Kind of like how restaurants changed the name of the manager from "head chef" to "executive chef." You, Erin, know better about that than I do, cause you're the one in it. What do I know? But, that's something that, sounds to me, could have been part of what was going on, with that part.
Erin, they manage two African Amerians, maybe just the two I saw in the group pic, have u ever known of any other successful black agency? and did u look into that? i felt uncomfortable for you but if it works for you, cool. hope yu get the same energy as the other ones as well.
I've been working on building my Online Business Management firm and this was such a great encouragement! I aim to do similar work for small business owners. So many entrepreneurs are drowning in their admin that they cant focus on their vision. I love the admin! ❤

If I’m not at the place where I’m ready for a manager (don’t have brand deals yet, I’m not making consistent money) what type of person could I hire to help me get to the point where I’m ready for management?
